Since its public review I would like to share my experience so that next time everyone will be aware with Thai Smile Management Frankfort KY(1193 Old US Highway 127 Road, Frankfort, KY 40601). This is not about Food. But Management and their team was very irresponsible and arrogant. Water was dripping on one of the table where customers eat. Management and his team knew that water was dripping, but still unfortunately they asked us to sit over there. As normal we sat and started having our lunch slowly water was dripping from roof straight into water jug. Its weird and unhealthy. When we inform to Management and Thai team were saying Yes we know already. We asked him (Restaurant owner) how can you make us to sit. They were saying simply we can’t do anything, at least they can move table or just remove the table from there before any customer can sit. we expected simple sorry or pleasing behavior but unfortunately restaurant owner and his team were so arrogant. They think customers can sit anywhere and eat. This is completely sad and unhygienic about Thai Smile Management - Frankfort KY. They think they can treat customers whatever they want. What if water was bad the one is dripping from roof and poisoned or cause illness to customer. Does Thai Management will take responsible. I request FDA to look into it, next time Thai Smile Management will realize and make sure they follow standards of restaurant business.

This is by far the best restaurant in Frankfort in my opinion. Stop by at lunchtime and the place will be packed! The staff is very friendly. Ive tried several things on their menu and have loved all of them. I highly recommended their panang curry and the pad se ew. A dinner entree will run you 8 to 13 dollars or so. I believe their portions are good enough for 2 meals, and the leftovers heat up wonderfully! Scared of spicy Thai food? Dont fret! You order all of your food on a scale of 0 to 5 stars...0 meaning not spicy and 5 being Thai hot. I like two or three stars!

...At the end of the day Santosh Lingampeta, youre complaining about a water drip. The dropping water obviously got the best of you but Ill say from a fellow customers perspective Ive always found the staff phenomenal and the food fantastic. Next time go when its not raining and youll see why everyone in town loves them :)

Thai Smile is a little hole-in-the-wall location with completely unexpected food, service and prices! They offer take-out options, but the restaurant is not a fast-food location. This is one of my favorite locations in town because their food is made-to-order and is exceptional!

The best Thai food. I cant find anything this good anywhere. I go here to eat and bring a cooler to take more with me. The BEST Thai !!!!! Get the pad Thai, Bangkok combo, chicken pineapple curry, drunken noodle, or golden chicken. You wont be disappointed.

Just as good if not better than Simply Thai in Louisville, considered the best there. Appetizer sampler, Tom yum soup, red curry all great. "Very hot" on curry wasnt that spicy to me and I dont like food too spicy. You can tell they take pride in each dish!

Ive always gotten really great food from Thai smile. The building isnt top notch, and the staff are still working on their english...but I think that is all part of the experience. Overall, Thai Smile is a great place to eat.

very middle-of-the-road. Totally "white bread". If you want real Thai food, youll have to go near the courthouse in Salem, Indiana and try Sues Thai Café. This place was a pale substitute for the real thing.

Consistently good Thai food. Service is always fast and cordial. Even at lunch, when the line can be out the door, you can get in and out quickly. I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad meal here.

We drive from Lexington to eat here. By far the best Thai in the area. Staff is very friendly, portions are great for the price, and very good egg rolls. Same for the Richmond location.
