This is rated a 4 in comparison of other Taco Bells. Obviously this is a fast food chain that prides itself on being cheap, fast, and friendly, and this Taco Bell is no different. This is not fine Mexican cuisine, and expecting that is not appropriate. Taco Bell has done well in what they do, and this is one of the best Taco Bells I have ever been to.
