Ordered to go tonight and was very disappointed. Ordered 2 orders of boneless small wings and a basket of chips and cheese. A - the wings were practically dry (which I understand the sauce gets somewhat absorbed, however this was too dry for that). B - we ordered (and paid extra) for ranch that wasnt even half way full. Totally got jipped as my husband didnt even have enough to barely dip 2 of his wings in. Ridiculous to charge extra for maybe a tablespoon of ranch. Seriously disappointed as we love BWW, but I think we will be heading to the new Wing Bucket from now on if this type of service continues.

Management was in training offered $5 coupon which is absurd then told me he can give me "half the order" for a miss count of how many was supposed to be in the order. Counting how many peices in an order is very simple. Management was pathetic and the wait time was ridiculous after calling in 30 min in advance for a takeout order. Then I waited another 15 minutes in the store. I WILL NOT be going back there EVER again.

Last time Im going to Buffalo Wild Wings. The manager tells us they can seat us at a 4 top table but we can expect that someone will sit with us at our table if they need the space. Then when I tell them well go somewhere else, and I ask for the district manager, he tells me the Bart and Homer are the managers. Dont go to this B-Dubs. Youll regret it.

Food and atmosphere represent your average B-Dubs. Nothing spectacular but good enough to come back again. The service, however, is lack luster. The wait staff is ALWAYS chatting it up with each other instead of taking care of their tables. Even when its super busy, most of them are just standing around shooting the breeze.

Im giving it a 5 because it is exactly what you would expect from a BWW. Wings taste great and they dont take long to make. Make sure you know if the Cowboys are playing because it will be loud and crowded on game days. Other than that I would recommend this place and have been multiple times since moving to the area.

The food is great but service was not so great, now with new servers it is great place to dine.I never remember names but I made it a point after have the pleasure of Amanda as our server the last three times this month, she was considerate and always has a smile.

Funky wingy dingy place. Good flavors, good service, little slow on the game during peaj hours but Ive never had any major problems here, so its good but not great. If only the rest of my family liked wings or if I had friends, maybe then I would come here more.

Best service weve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Wings are hit or miss. Sometimes we have a tummy ache after we eat here and sometimes its fine. Not sure what the deal is because we order the same thing every time. Something is going wrong in the kitchen.

I ordered tea with lemon unsweetened but asked for sugar it took 15 minutes or longer for sugar to arrive ordered fried cheese sticks and they brought out fried pickles also ordered 15 traditional wings that took another 30 minutes what a terrible experience.

The foods usually great and the service is always friendly. Weve had a few times where the food or service has left room for improvement, but theyre always willing and quick to remedy any issues. Love coming here and will continue to do so.

Waitress was great! Service and food was good. Beer and selection was good. A few people were very loud and not aware of the few families that brought kids with them but unfortunately that is what we deal with today in our carefree society.

I ordered $60 worth of food, and some supposedly loaded nachos with everything and it was pathetic, they had a teaspoon of cheese, and a teaspoon of chilli,...for $8 I should of went to quick trip and got better Nachos!

Came her once. Waitress took 20 mins to finally come to my table and get our orders and drinks. Food took more then an hour to get out. Also I had spicy wings and never got a refill. Just a terrible experince for me.

This place gets crowded very easily. The food is really good. Food takes about 15-25mins depending on crowd size. The employees are really nice. It gets pretty loud in here but Im ok with it. Good atmosphere.

I absolutely love Buffalo Wild Wings in general. The Mansfield location used to be very slow but in the past year or two Ive had nothing but fantastic food and experiences here. Definitely worth a visit
