I would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone if it was free. I ordered food and when I got home it was cold and old. When calling back to complain the manager and employees in the background were very rude. One of the employees even issued threats over the phone inviting my husband to come back and he had something for him. We even spoke to the general manager whom was just as unprofessional. When arriving back at the store the employee that was threatening over the phone came from behind the counter to fight. Not one time did the GM intervene to control the employee yet called the police while I attempted to get a refund. This situation could have been avoided had the staff and manager handled the situation in a manner that was apologetic other than advising to bring the food back whenever you are in the area. I hope the owner of this establishment takes a look at the people they have working for them as they are very unprofessional and need to have customer service training. A manager should know how to defuse a situation when dealing with an irate customer not escalate it. Right, wrong or indifferent the customer is always right. If you choose to be in an industry that deals with people you should have customer service skills. Very disappointed in Chicken Express.

I CAME THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AROUND 8PM AND ORDERED THE A TENDER AND FISH COMBO W/ CORN NUGGETS ON THE SIDE. WHEN I LEFT THE DRIVE THROUGH I RELIZED MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND THEY GAVE ME CORN ON THE COB INSTEAD OF CORN NUGGETS. THIS IS NOT WHY IM WRITING THIS REVIEW, I DO UNDERSTAND THAT MISTAKES DO HAPPEN. WHEN I CAME BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THOUGH THE CASHER GAVE ME THE CORN NUGGETS W/ NO HASSTLE. I LOOKED IN MY BAG AGAIN AND SAW THAT THEY ALSO DIDNT GIVE ME ANY GRAVY SO I TOLD THE CASHIER THIS AS WELL. SUDDENLY ONE OF THE MALE COOKS COMES TO THE WINDOW & QUESTIONS ME ABOUT THE GRAVY IM MISSING. IT TOOK HIM A WHILE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY GRAVY THEN HE RUSHES TO THE BACK AND BRINGS ME A CUP OF GRAVY. WHEN I GET HOME TO EAT, I OPEN MY GRAVY TO SEE THAT IT WAS WATERED DOWN. I MEAN LITERALLY IT LOOKED LIKE MILKY HOT WATER. I WAS PISSED! IF THEY RAN OUT OF GRAVY I WOULD HAVE RATHER HIM JUST TELL ME. CHICKEN E COST TOO MUCH TO BE GIVEN CRAP.

The food is good, thats not the problem. Its their customer service or lack there of. After my first bad experience thought i would give them another chance but it only got worse. The gravy container spilled all in the bag. When i took it inside the didnt apologize or offer to correct the problem. They left part of my purchase out then acted like i was they one at fault for asking for it. As i was leaving another customer came in with a complaint as well. Maybe it was just the people or person on that shift i dont know but i would rather drive to another location than go thru that again.

I have visited this particular chicken express location on several occasions and each time has been horrible . The young lady on headset is awful, she cuts you off after every word and seems irritated that your even there . The chicken is always dry and burnt . I gave it a few second chances but I certainly will not be going back . Ps I also worked as headset at chicken express in good ol graham texas while in high school and I never would have treated customers with such attitude and disrespect . I think its time for a little headset etiquette training ...

The girl at the window was very difficult to understand. She was impatient, rude, and not helpful at all. I was looking forward to eating their chicken for lunch, but I ended up leaving before I could finish placing my order because she frustrated me so much. Im sorry Im not an expert at your menu. It was my second time there. They should not belittle their customers under any circumstances. It is right next to my office, but I certainly wont be returning any time soon.

Poor customer service. I only ordered two family side and it took nearly 15 minutes to receive my order through the drive-through. (7 cars passed me by) I asked the cashier if I could receive a couple of rolls for having to wait so long he rolled his eyes and shook his head and close the window. Two minutes later another person gave me my food with no rolls. So I requested a refund probably wont be a customer anymore.

Seeing that it clearly states that the time is from 10:30am To 10:00pm and I have been here since 9:23 pm in drive throu . Somebody please tell me why the restaurant lobby been closed since 9:00 poor poor business with other people running thing the wrong way. Help I love wicked wings its know 10:49pm . Tell you what if this was against the law the owner of this place would be in jail!

Ordered a 2 piece meal, and it was 20 mins after I placed my order before I recieved it. Other people were coming in after me, getting food and leaving... asked guy behind counter, and was told they are waiting on the chicken... then a bit later was told would be ready in 10 seconds.... Was 5 minutes later before I received my food... inexcusable!

I love the food. Every time I go everything is fresh. I only gave 3 stars because I dont understand why they put my napkins in the box with my food. How am I suppose to wipe my greasy hands with greasy napkins? Plus I dont want napkins people touch all over on my food!!! I think this is something they should seriously consider changing.

The girl that works the window is just rude. I went a couple of weeks ago she was rude and just slammed the window in my face.. I thought maybe shes just having a bad day.. But I went today and same girl same thing. But the food is good..... I just wish the customer service was the same.

Always slow to get an order. Even tried going through the drive through in hopes of getting food quicker. No dice. They estimated 15 minutes to cook more chicken, ended up waiting over half an hour. How does a chicken place not have enough chicken ready during a lunch rush?

Inconsistency.... I visit this location frequently. At time chicken is very good and seasoned, other times very bland with NO seasoning. Always a wait stating they waiting for chicken. This location is like a box of chocolate, never know what youre going to get

Never been this satisfied with a fast food during pm hours. I went at 930pm and if youre craving some late night chicken this is the place to go. Very friendly employees (gave my dog a treat too!) and clean.

Sat behind a truck at 10:15pm pulled up at 10:25 sat there for 5 minutes yelling at box till i pulled around to window for them to tell me they were closed reall it says 10:30 you serve till 10:30

Tried the catfish (yes, catfish at a chicken restaraunt) for the first time. It was suprisingly good! The fries and coleslaw were good as well. This place is right off Hwy 360 in Grand Prairie.
