We collectively as an office decided to order from there( a fairly large order). Once the order was delivered we realized there were several items missing. I called in and spoke with Christina (the manager) to whom apparently woke up on the wrong side of the bed. She was very short and sounded extremely annoyed. Christina decided to hang up on me after she was done speaking, not allowing me to tell her that there were other things that were wrong with the order. Needless to say I dont think that we will be ordering from here anytime soon. Unfortunately for them we are in need of a catering company that would feed 375 people for the holidays. Note to Christina: although we may not all like our jobs, that is what we are paid to do (OUR JOBS). Being the manager you are the representation of your location. It would certainly be wise to gain more customer service training. The food was great the service was poor. I wouldnt recommend this location based on their lack of know-how.

Tried Cowboy Chicken for dinner take-out last night. Showed up at about 5 pm. The place was empty and the lady behind the counter was very nice in advising me of her recommendations. I ordered a whole chicken family pack. Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered the chicken was not "whole" and -- worse -- was missing the chicken breasts. We had drumsticks, wings, thighs and thats it! In addition, the chicken was really dry. The sides were okay - we ordered potatoes, mac and cheese and string beans. The bread rolls were good, very fluffy. Overall, I was really upset that we didnt get what we ordered.

Stopped in for lunch. Fast friendly service! The chicken was pretty much tasted the same as the rotisserie chicken found at Sams or Kroger. Due to the wood fired oven I was hoping for a smokey flavor but no soke found in the flavor. The hot sauce appears to be Franks Hot Wing sauce in a Coke bottle so nothing new and exciting there... The tangy tomato & cucumber side dish was awesome! The campfire vegetables again didnt provide any hint of smoke as hoped. All in all an OK place to stop and get an average meal.

If you call after 7pm for delivery Tara the assistant general manager will happily tell you that because the delivery driver is busy they are no longer accepting delivery orders (called at 7:15pm). This needs to be advertised that if you dont have the manpower to handle the orders that customers will not be able to utilize the delivery option after 7pm. Its advertised that you deliver up until 8pm.

I decided to try this place for the first time. I got a family meal to go on 05/07/17. The sides were good (beans, mac and cheese, green beans and creamed spinach), but the chicken left a lot to be desired. Not only was it dry (some pieces were inedible), but I requested all dark meat, only to get home and find out my order was not correct. Needless to say, this was not a good first experience.

I have been to this Cowboy Chicken Twice sine it has opened and both times I have had bad service. This time I ordered a Monterrey Salad and a Apple cobbler and I waited 25 mins for my salad and when I got back to Work it had two pieces of chicken,the wrong dressing, no Tortilla chips and no curtons in it and the Apple cobbler was Cold... I will never go there again.... SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

First time eating here, and the food did not disappoint! I ordered a family meal with 4 sides, rolls, and desserts, and everything was delicious! My only complaint was that the delivery arrival took over an hour and was 15 minutes late, but the order was perfectly filled, and the staff was very friendly and professional. Will definitely eat here again. :)

Must try their chicken enchiladas. It is my one cheat meal every week. They are so rich and tasty. The sides are homemade and the staff is very friendly. I have eaten at other Cowboys chicken and they are not as good. You can tell this restaurant is well managed and just one of my favorite places.

I have order twice from here twice and BOTH times my order has been wrong. I have it delivered to work and this is unacceptable. I cannot even review the food because I DO NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED. Im extremely disappointed in this location and will have a very hard time giving them a third try. :(

This place is usually very good. If you come right at noon you have a hard time finding a place to sit and your food will take a while, as expected. Only reason for 4 stars is because the chicken sometimes a little over cooked, still tasty but either dry or tough in some parts

I tried this place for first time and the experience was not memorable. Chicken sandwich was ok. The one side I tried was ok. Service was ok. But in this market with so many choices I think I would choose something different in the future. It is a tough business I know.

Ordered online, and of course arrived with the order not received. Ordered again, but had already waited until the time it was supposed to be ready. I will say that I did not receive a confirmatory email (shouldnt need one...). Ill let you know if I was billed twice!

A good, healthy fast food alternative. I really enjoyed Cowboy Chicken on Greenville Ave in Dallas, so I was excited to see this location. They have changed the menu a little, but the food is still good. A great place to have a healthy meal on the go!

Back when I was working here, I remember it being the best place to be! Were trained to make our food fresh and trained to value our customers! I HIGHLY SUGGEST going to this restaurant, they got amazing chicken, and really good peach cobbler!

The food here is awesome. Everything is so fresh and tasty. The service is very fast but the quality is amazing. My favorite part is being helped by Britney. She is such a joy. She had a smile on her face and was very sincerely friendly.

This is very good chicken and the sides are a welcome change from what youll get at most lunch spots. The prices are actually pretty reasonable for the amount of food you get. You can easily get two meals out of a $10 order.

dont go at lunch. its busy... but is way worth it. chicken is fall off the bone and lightly smoked. not overbearing. will be back for sure. got a half chicken and a drink and 2 sides for about $11. has outside seating too.

Wanted to give this a try and was not disappointed. Friendly staff and had a great chicken sandwich with bake mac and cheese. The dining area was clean and had a smoked bbq smell to it. Fair prices on their meals as well.

Worst place ever to get food. Do not ever eat here. Ignored my order and did otb8ng to compensate. And I thought I was settling by getting food from them. Never again and I will make sure to tell anyone I know the same.

Ordered a 3 piece dark meal and this is all the chicken I got. Not only did I have to wait longer as I saw people that ordered AFTER me got their meal first but Im missing food. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
