Absolutely the worst place to eat. My family and I came in for dinner , there were no plates at all, the entire place was a disgusting mess. I ordered a personal BBQ pizza I waited for 20 minutes than I walked up to see about my pizza and it was just sitting on the back counter where the pizza lady was working, so I went back to my seat and told my husband and he took the sign and went back up and asked the lady about my pizza and she handed it to him, before that she delivered two pizzas to two other customers that ordered after me. I guess I wasnt good enough for her to bring me my food. Im sitting there looking around getting even more grossed out, there was food all over the floors and dishes stacked up by the trash can . I ate my pizza and went up for dessert they apparently no longer serve desert pizza. I asked the lady refilling the salad bar about it and she told me she thinks they have to be special ordered and asked her boss... NOPE they no longer have them. So my son had a brownie and it was way under cooked. we than got up and left very upset, We get home and my son threw up from the bad food. No joke, My 16 year old boy who eats everything threw up. We will never be stepping foot back in that place again.

WOW! What a difference new owners can have on a place! Took the family this evening to have a bite after a busy evening of decorating the house for the upcoming holidays. Was cheerfully greeted at the front counter by a very friendly young man who was assisted by another equally friendly gentleman. The second man introduced himself to us as Mark, the new owner as of last Monday. You can tell he definitely cares about his customers and new business! He was so attentive to his employees needs as well and was using every opportunity to teach and train them in not only their general duties but in excellent customer service skills. We witnessed Mark personally greet and introduce himself to EVERY customer that sat in his restaurant! Mark and his crew went above and beyond tonight and we are excited to once again have a great little buffet down the road again! I highly encourage you to go give it a try and experience good food and great service! BRAVO! I am a small business owner myself as well as a former restaurant manager and I can tell you, I havent seen such high standards in a very long time.

Picked up an order to go on Easter day. The food was great, the girl at the counter was super polite and friendly, but another blonde guy came up to the counter and was SUPER sarcastic with me and just seemed pretty fed up with his day. As I walked out the door with my food, the girl at the counter even commented on how sarcastic he was being (though, I dont think she meant for me to hear it). Hey, there, blonde guy, itll be okay. I know how you felt, I had to work on Easter as well, a 9 and a half hour shift delivering pizza to entitled ungrateful people. It sucked a lot and I was tired and hungry and Ive loved Cicis spinach Alfredo pizza since I was a little girl and just wanted some comfort food, and it just made me sad to see you struggle to be genuinely polite to a stranger. My advice to you, and my own personal belief is, "Kill em with kindness." Everyone is fighting their own battles, some harder than others. You never know when someone needs a real smile, and even the smallest things can help lift someones spirits. Kindness gives birth to kindness.

Pretty much exactly what you would expect. Typical Cicis buffet. Pizza was cold and stale unl as you happened to catch a fresh one right out of the oven. Pasta was the same way. Service, however, was outstanding and they announced several times that if there was something anyone wanted that wasnt out, they would throw one in the oven. Very friendly staff. SEVERAL (at least 3) games at the arcade in the back took our sons money, but they were good about refunding... probably should have out of order signs on those. Again, nothing outstanding except service, very average food.

Absolutely best Cicis i have been to. Customer service is absolutely awesome. Ask if there was any type of pizza i would like. I asked for a cheeseburger pizza. The owner told me they longer have the ingredients to make it but he could get close.then instead of leaving it like that he sent a employee to the dollar tree to get ketchup and mustard to make it happen. And it was on point so much it was the best one yet. The manager and owner are so down to earth they made the whole experience like you knew them forever. I wish every Cicis was like this one.

The atmosphere was really nice, however I must have come on an off day. I ended up waiting almost an hour and a half on a call in order. At some point I just wanted my money back, but something happened with the system. The pizzas were thrown together and the wings had no sauce. The manager gave me coupons to attempt to compensate the situation. The saving grace was he remembered my child from a field trip they had there. He explained that day was his last day, therefore the service may improve, or it was just an off day.

This location is awesome! The staff...manager....and owner are all wonderful. I will drive across town to come to this location. Best cicis in Arlington if you ask me. My kids would come here everyday if I let them. I have two kids that are SUPER limited on what they will eat. Cicis is one of them. Mainly their pasta. We have to get pasta to go at least 2 to 3 times per week and they have always had everything ready and know us by name. Thank you Mark , Adam and everyone that works there for being so great !!!

While the staff was nice, the food quality was NOT like any other cicis. The stuffed crust pizzas were not made properly, the cheesy bread was all crust & EVERY batch of cinnamon rolls were hard. Maybe they were old?, overcooked?, not prepped properly? Whatever it was, it was almost as bad as seeing plenty of staff & not a single one could sweep under ANY of the tables where it looked like kids just had a field day throwing food & trash all over the floor.

We had a great experience there. The new owner Mark was there and he made us feel very welcome and offered us a slice of pizza while we waited for our carry out. Our order was perfect and everything looked great. While we waited we were checked on constantly by the other employees to make sure we were doing ok and they would let us know every few mins how our order was doing! I will defiantly be back. Much better than the Forest Hill CiCis!

Mark which I believe is the Manager deserves another raise and his entire staff! This is one of the best, clean, and beautiful cicis I been too. Mark and his entire staff showed extreme great hospitality and warm hearted welcome into that restaurant. Everyone had a great positive attitude from the front end to the back end. I hope corp see this and award these hard working great spirited workers.
