I brought my family here after my daughters state gymnastic meet. The wait was short for being Sunday afternoon. As soon as we were seated our server was immediately at our table to get our drinks. When he was told that my daughter has an allergy to strawberries, he assured us that he would personally ensure that the blender would be washed before making her drink. when he took our orders he didnt write anything down; this completely impressed my kids. The only slip ups were he didnt ask how I wanted my steak cooked, and due to me fighting a migraine at the time, I also forgot to mention it and I had asked for a salad with ranch. When he brought out my salad it had a vinegar dressing on it. As soon as he set it down he realized the mix up and promptly brought me out the correct salad with ranch. This didnt bother me because ranch dressing isnt a common dressing to be served with salads in a higher class restaurant. Onto dinner...our waiter brought our food in a very reasonable time considering how busy the restaurant was. When he gave me my plate he immediately asked me to check how it was cooked. As soon as I cut into it I could tell it was perfect. He apologized for not asking. It was at this time that he noticed that the lights were causing me some considerable discomfort. He asked if I was ok. I told him I was and that it was just a headache. He told me it looked to be a little bit more than just a headache and went to get someone to help dim the lights. Someone came over and removed the light bulb that was right above the table. This helped right away and I was able to enjoy the rest of our time while we ate. In the end, even with the pain I was dealing with, this was our best experience at any restaurant we have ever patronized. Thank you for taking a moment to do something so small as removing a light bulb so I could enjoy the time I had with my family.

I had tried calling the restaurant and it led me to an automated system in which I wanted to call ahead so that if there was a wait list, I would put on it and be able to sit at 7:30pm. This option was option 2 on the phone, It just kep ringing and ringing, and no one picked up. Finally I just called again and chose the option to do togo orders. I let the woman know that no one was picking up for option 2 to call ahead. She said they must not have had the volume up high enough...Any ways, I ask her to take my name for the "call ahead" option...and she asks me to call in an hour because there is no wait list at the moment and that at 6:30pm she would be able to in put me for the list. I really dont understand why I had to listen to all that automated options explaining about the "call ahead" when there is no such thing.Its more like stop by and see what happens.

Horrible Experience. Were there for the first and last time with my child and husband. A minute after getting our drinks, we were confronted by the manager Tanya who asked to double check our IDs because the bartender told her my husband didnt look the same in his id picture. The whole confrontation made absolutely no sense since we had already gotten our drinks, we showed our ids, and after my husband started asking her what was going on, she just snapped, and the conversation just escalated into an extremely awkward argument of her disrespecting my husband and telling him off. Before we could realize whats going on, she told us to leave (we had just gotten our food) and that she was calling police. WHAT? So rude, and unprofessional. We left in shock. Never ever coming back here again. Horrible customer service from management, of all people.

The services at this place was awkward and terrible. I overheard a waiter talking insestually about his sister to another waiter. They were huddled around a big screen TV of a womens Olympic event. He was, in all seriousness, taking about wanting to have intercourse with his sister. Disgusting. The service was less than great. They push these tablets in your face. Purposefully mentioning that it has kid games because my nephew is with us. I pushed my luck and asked the waiter to order a desert. He told me I could "just do it on the tablet". Im here to relax and eat food. When did I get hired on as a waiter? The food was just awful. My wife and nephew didnt even eat their food. The desert was good but not worth the entire experience.

Visited on 10/10 with my husband and 3 grandkids. All 3 kids ordered from the childrens menu. First one ordered pasta with Alfredo sauce, chicken strips and grapes. They forgot her grapes. Second grandchild ordered cheese pizza and grapes.Gave him french fries instead of grapes. Third child ordered pasta with meat sauce. They gave her pasta with Alfredo sauce and a chicken meatball. My husband and I ordered soup and salad. Salad came but wrong soups. We were never asked if we would like refills on our drinks. We were seated by the kitchen door and listened to waiters yelling "corner" over and over again. Wrong food delivered and not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Will not visit this restaurant again.

If I could give this restaurant 0 I would. Obviously I have been going here forever, because its olive garden.... but MY GOSH THEY HAVE GONE DOWNHILL! Recently we have gone there and the service is absolutely horrible. The food is either too hot or too cold. It takes forever just to get your food in the first place! The waiters and waitresses are pretty good, I can tell a lot of the mistakes were not their fault. The real problem is with the management. I was astounded at the way one of the managers handled our bill mix up. He was unprofessional, rude and completely blamed us for everything. I have never been treated that disrespectfully and will NOT be returning there EVER again!

Ill admit that Im a regular at this restaurant. I like to meet my friends here for dinners as a quick mid-week pick-me-up or either as a refreshing oasis after shopping around Roseville. The quality of the food and service is always consistent as far as Ive ever seen and Ive been eating here for 6 years now. Its your typical Olive Garden chain Italian restaurant, but the food is predictably wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and management is always close by keeping an eye on things and checking in to see if you need something and to ask how your experience is. Ill continue being a patron!

4.5⭐ Amazing service, wonderful food. Our server (Rudy) was awesome he went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of. He had a great knowledge of the menu, specials, and the wines they carried. He picked out an amazing dessert wine for my husband and made an awesome recommendation for the apple sangria. It was delicious. We were seated in a timely manner despite the busy dinner rush and the entire staff was warm and friendly. We will be visiting again mainly because of the amazing staff and atmosphere. Thank you Roseville Olive Garden! We had a wonderful experience.
