My fiancé and I come here weekly LITERALLY! The last few times that weve been there, the service has been poor. They have gotten our orders wrong which has caused us to drive back to get the right order, theyve even given us someone elses order. I complained to their shift manager Ryan about the training needs and told him that I wouldnt return there if the prob wasnt addressed. Well, he was nice enough to comp my meal one afternoon and so I decided, we could give it another shot! And I was wrong. Just recently, my fiancé and I visited for late lunch around 3pm. Well.. I ordered a steak sandwhich for the first time and the steak that they served me was CLEARLY days old! It was try, and literally black! I informed the manager on duty that I wanted a refund and they should have never served me that meat and her response was " I know that we were at end of the meat so we served that and we are cooking fresh steak now" are you kidding me?!?! This not quality and fresh! I will not be returning again!

I love Modern Market! From the farm-to- table concept to the delicious food, it is one of the best new chains out there! The reason this location deserves three stars is because of its inconsistency. There are times Ive been there when the staff was on-point. They dealt with long lines quickly and executed the food-service flawlessly. Other times, the staff have been neglectful (finishing their personal conversations before greeting guests or servicing the long line of people very slowly). On one occasion, I was served a large piece of chicken in what was supposed to be a vegetarian soup. Perhaps this is the growing pains of a new restaurant. I am a regular here and I will update my rating when/if things improve.

Its mind boggling to me the amount of people who call this place "healthy" and give it 4 and up stars. This place gives you a receipt with the full calorie count and fat content. My Southwest Tofu dish was just shy of 1,000 calories with a whopping 52 gram fat content and carbs well into the 90s. These are heart attack numbers! The meal was not modified and ordered as it came right off the menu. This place is NOT healthy and these are not healthy "good fat" numbers. Nothing ever beats cooking at home but if your eating here because its healthy its not healthy at all, these are fast food numbers. Yet another restaurant trying to cash in on the heathfood market when its clearly not.

We have been to this location about three times now. The first couple of times we were invited to the opening breakfast and lunch and had a good experience. This last time we visited after the location had officially opened and the experience was night and day. Our meal took nearly 35-40 minutes to come out, just to find out they were out of what my wife had ordered. We still think positively of this restaurant because our first couple visits were very good BUT had it been our first visit, we would not come back. The staff seemed undermanned and very disorganized this last visit. The only redeeming factor was that our meal was comped. Will try again another time.

Food was good but the menu and prices are misleading. Their homestyle plates are described on their menu as "Our Homestyle Plates offer up your choice of protein with two scratch-made sides". And the price is listed as $7.00. However, the $7.00 includes the sliced chicken (about 4 oz.) and the chimichurri sauce ONLY. The two sides are not really included and will cost you an extra $2/ea. So I paid $11.00 before tax for very small portions even though the food was tasty. I may be back but will probably not order any of the homestyle plates again as they are a very poor value.

I work from my laptop all the time. Panera Bread, Corner Bakery and LaMadeline are my go tos to get out of my office for a little bit. I love Modern Markets concept and I was excited to see that they have a great ambience for me to come and get some work done. I was disappointed in the sandwhich I purchased as it barely had any meat in it although their pizza was fantastic! But, they dont serve coffee in the afternoons and the wifi hasnt worked in over a week. Dont they know that we love our coffee and wifi? If they address these issues, Ill be back!

The food here is amazing, healthy, and dont forget oh so yummy! The staff here are very nice and courteous, and the place is kept neat and clean. You can dine in privately, family style, or just join the community table and enjoy the company of others. I love the Pepe pizza and my parents love there various salads. Highly recommend trying this place and you will see why you will come to like this place just as me and my family has come to!

Ive been here a few times in the past month. Good food and hip, trendy atmosphere. Food is a little high priced for portion size. I got a half portion of salad, a tea and a small cup of soup and it was $15. In my book, thats a little pricey for a small salad and a few scoops of soup. But the food is delicious and the soda and tea choices there never disappoint. So, 4 stars

The breakfast was a huge disappointment. I got a scramble and the three bits of under-cooked bacon with the watery spinach made it look like something I would expect at a crummy roadside cafe. The salty provolone that was barely heated to top this dish added a very unappetizing delivery. Lunch and dinner have been fine - give a pass on breakfast!

My new favorite place. Came here for the first time and everyone was so sweet. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the menu and offer me a lot of great suggestions. They definitely had a lot of healthy items to choose from but I went with the steak. Let me tell you I was not disappointed in it. So simple, so healthy and so good.

Very fresh, great flavor. Took home a gluten free pizza, eggplant sand which and they were great about me substituting the cheese. Salad was excellent. Really enjoyed their kambucha. Loved their cane sugar soda too. We will definitely try them a second time and try their catering option for our office.

I visited this place on a Monday evening and was impressed with this restaurant. They have a great selection of healthy options. The service was quick and friendly. I only ordered half of their MRita (margherita) pizza and was delighted with how fast it came out and great it tasted. Would recommend.

I had the most awesome experience of my life at a restaurant today. The breakfast was delicious and the service was awesome. Ryan is the best manager any restaurant can have. We had a little issue and the way he handled it shows professionalism. Im impressed. You guys should check this place out!

My wife and I were visiting from California and we are SO GLAD we found modern market. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality of food is outstanding. This place beats most "healthier choice" places back home. Please do stop and give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
