One of my Spanish speaking employees spent $32 on lunch for he and another guy. When he returned to work he was upset about the amount of money that he spent feeling like hed been ripped off. The lady working the register kept offering him things, and saying it will be cheaper if you buy this. When he asked for a receipt to itemize the charges none was provided for him. I returned to Great Wraps with him and was referred to the rudest manager I have ever encountered. He constantly talked over me and down to me. I could not ask him a question without being treated like I was below him. He told me I should know what type of place I am going to. He said that because his establishment is in a outlet mall near the airport their prices are higher. I nor any of my workers will ever go back to this place. I operate several businesses in the metroplex, and would not tolerate any one of my mangers acting in this manner. Be careful going to this place. Especially if you are used to great customer service.

The service was terrible. I asked the server twice to please not add the onions to my wrap. After being ignored because he was too busy chatting and picking with other two servers about the very important glasses of smoothies behind them, my boyfriend asked if he had heard that I didnt want onions and he said "oh yeah I heard her" .. then he turns around and adds them anyways, and I had to ask him to remove them. Not sure if he had issues dealing with a female or having to be an adult and put the bullshitting aside to wait on me. The three male workers were very unprofessional and completely unattentive to the customers and their own work. I was even missing the red peppers that should have arrived on my wrap. All the employees need a lessons in customer service, being attentive and being grown ups. From the mediocre flavor of my wrap to the horrible service, I will not waste my time or money at this place again.

Expect mall markup prices (about ~$7 per wrap, not including drinks/fries), but the food tastes good and our experience with their customer service was great. Id suggest getting the GW Crispy Chicken Wrap & Fries Special if your looking for any break on the prices (youre given the larger 12 inch size wrap), but this special doesnt include a drink. FYI, Its probably the only place in Grapevine that you can find Falafel / Gyros.

Wow. Worst customer service. They tried to charge .75 cents for a PINCH of cheese on a large wrap. Instead of putting a reasonable amount of cheese on especially after wanting to charge .75 cents additional they preferred to throw the entire wrap away instead of trying to please the customer. I am in shock

There was a fly cooked into my moms wrap and all the cook would say was it obviously didnt come from us. We got our money back but they were very rude. Mall management needs to do something.

The Great Wraps in Grapevine Mills has very exciting menu with healthy food concept. You may design/create your own wrap too. These wraps are hot and tasty. Santa Fe wraps is awesome.
