The Employees Are Rude. There Was A Hair In My Pizza & When iTold One Of The Employees He Rolled His Eyes At Me & Threw It Away & Turned Around Like Nothing. I Dont Know Why That Guy Was Even Hired If He Doesnt Know How To Treat Customers Properly. The Other Employees Made Fun Of The Situation & Acted So Immature. That Is Just So Disgusting! You Order A Pizza Like You Normally Would, & One Employee Says He Will Have It Right Out & Hands My Dad A Number. Later My Husband Orders A Pizza But Is Told By The Rude Employee That Hes Not Making Any More. But Later They Bring A Plate Of Pizza To The Table They Ordered. Like Did iMiss Something? My Dad Never Got The Pizza He Ordered. The Sprite Was Flat. So Gross, The Manager Was Somewhat Comprehensive But Still A Jerk. All He Offered Was To Talk To The Guy & Told Me iCould Get The Rude Employees Name. He Gets Offended BC I Called One Of The Employees Mexican/Hispanic & Corrects Me That They Are All Mexican Exept The Rude Employee, He Salvadorian. EXCUSE ME. You Had Just Said You Are All Mexican. Anyways That Was The Worst Service Ive Ever Experienced. After The Manager Talked To The Rude Employee He & The Other Employees Still Laughing & Making Fun Of My Complaint. The Manager Still Did Nothing. If My Food Had A Nasty Hair Im Afraid To Ask The Health Department To Go Check It Out & Get It Closed Down. They Should All Get Fired For Thinking That Its Funny That You Just Got Called Out For The Nasty Pizza & Act Like Nothing Happened. If Its Funny Then You Might As Well Not Have The Opportunity To Have A Job. So Disrespectful. Especially Since Im Pregnant & To Have Nasty Food Around Is Just Embarrassing. Not Even An Im Sorry For The Way He Acted From The Rude Employee. He Just Kept Laughing Along With The Others. I Hope Its STILL Funny When You Get Fired. Never Going Back There Again.

Bad customer service. I ordered a Pizza in the beginning but it came when I was full two hours later!!!! To be honest I even forgot I ordered that pizza until I was reminded I ordered it when the pizza came two hours later! I was mad so when they brought the pizza two hours later I just left and left the pizza there without eating one slice. When I came back to eat again and I think the manager remembered me that I left the pizza last time I came there without eating it and when I ordered a pizza they didnt allow me to order one because they told me I was going to leave it without eating. The moment they told me that I got really mad and told them I was going to write a bad review for that location and that I was never going to come back to eat in that location. I do not recommended this place to no body

The Real Rambonze

One of the dirtiest cicis chain restaurant ive been to. Seating is a little compact, pizza taste like cardboard, salad bar is not well maintaned, the floor is filthy, Half of the games and toy dispeners eat the coins and if you ask for your money back they have to get the manager and he has to explain to you that there is nothing they could do cause the owner has the keys to the machines. After a 5 minute argument i was able to get back 50 cents out of 3 dollars that the machines took. My kids spent 5 dollars and only were able to play 2 game out of 7-9 machines available. Dont even get me started on the staff. Would not recomend earing here.

I went with my family. I asked for my teachers discount and was told no. Then a rude, ill mannered lady named Katrina walked up. (She said she was the GM) She said that the teachers discount is only during school weeks and school hours. (This is while teachers are in class, how are we supposed to use that??) She was completely rude and clearly felt very important. She continued to talk loudly about not giving discounts as my family and i tried to eat. There was only about 3 choices of pizza. There arent any napkins, condiments on the tables. This place is like a bad knock off of CiCis. We will not return.

I have been here many times no complaints but because they charged me $1.49 for letting my 4 (four) month old baby taste my fingers.....that made me upset beyond anything else. I had to pay a buffet for my FOUR MONTH BABY! THATS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I went ahead and paid it because Im in poor health and stress can send me back to the hospital and This place is just NOT WORTH IT. This for sure was my last time I will ever go to Cicis in Irving on Shady Grove/Story Rd

This is a picture of one of the womens toilets. This picture describes the filth of the entire establidhment, staff included. Came here today and will never return. Absolutely discusting. Cross contamination with all the food. The entire salad bar looked like one big bowl of a gross salad. A little bit of everything in every dish. Utensils werent clean. Thank god they had paper cups. Avoid at all costs!

The hours on the store and on Google say they are open until 11pm. We pulled up at 9:30pm. A group of about 20 people were standing outside and as we walked up they informed us that they had turned them away and said they were closed. We went inside to verify...the pizza buffet was full of pizza and so was the salad bar but they told us they were closed.

Sometimes I get good service, sometimes its half ass. Depends on when you go but I try to avoid this place on the weekends, employees seem like they are going to burn down the place any minute just to get off. Plus the food is not up to par compared to to during the week but you get what you pay for with Quality.

The minute I walked in I just ask if they take credit cards because I know the other location doesnt . And yes they take it also this location has disposable cups so lets take it home full of soda or tea. Great staff very attentive .I think the young manager Emmanuel was doing a very good job .

Often this location struggles to keep favorites on the buffet and often the salad bowl filled. Point of Sale systems arent chip friendly here (antiquated hardware) so dont be surprised if they cant read your stripeless bank cards.

First time was here and it was such a good idea the pizza was great and was fresh workers just kept bringing out more pizza and the dessert I loved the brownies!!! Definitely recommend it if your looking for good pizza!!!

Came in 1 hr early and they said the will close in 10 minutes im a cook and you got to keep open till the time of the schedule and it said 11 and the sad part was it was a manager we will never go back....lazy ppl
