To whom it may concern I was just recently on vacation with my family in SC. My family and I visited your restaurant. We were a party of eight, only two of which were children. It started out ok, but quickly got to be very disrespectful. We had several orders where we could eat all you want shrimp combo, steak and chicken. The waiter did not want to bring out more shrimp when we asked. They said ok but we had to wait and wait for them. It was not that busy. We seated at the kitchen door mind you. In the meantime the parties beside us and across from us were getting there food in a timely manner. We asked if they accept AARP CARD discount. We were told yes, the manager told us that would not be a problem, but it turns out it was a problem. The waiter had to change our receipt at least 5 or 6 times to get it right. He even put a $8.00 charge on one of my family members bill. We had to sit there almost an hour after we finish with our meal for him to get it right. He did not get it right so I just told him to keep the extra. He made the statement that he was just trying to get home with an attitude. He also says the problem was because he had so many unlimited shrimp orders (there were only 3 from our table, but that is your menu it shouldn’t affected him getting a bill together.) We had gotten together a nice tip for him, after that some of my family took it back. I am sure the total bill for our table was close to $200.00. I didn’t want to think it was because of our race, but when I stood up and looked around to see where he was I saw that we were the only African-Americans in the place at the time. The meal was great but the service we received was just terrible. I would not go there again or recommend it to anyone. I just wanted you to know how one of your employees was treating customer. Family wanted to order take out on a rainy Saturday night. We all wish we would have ordered from a different restaurant. We ordered (2) 9 oz Victorias filet steaks. Neither were cooked correctly, we asked for medium rare, but we received rare. We also ordered (2) Alice spring chicken, only one had honey mustard sauce which was just barely any at all. We also ordered the kids Mac-aroo-n chesse, it was okay, but I dont think you can really mess up macaroni and cheese. The calamari was so disgusting, the drive home for 10 minutes had my entire truck smelling like fish! The only thing that was okay from our entire order was the macaroni n chesse and the blooming onion, other than that it was horrible. We wont be back here, and that is sad because we go here at least 2 times a month. We spent $112.40 plus a tip and it wasnt worth $20.00. Will take our business to someone who cares about their customers and the products they serve!

My husband and I both ordered our steaks medium-well, they both came out very well done. Dry and tough. I couldnt have eaten mine if I hadnt had steak sauce. I told the waiter, he DID offer to have me another one cooked, but I didnt want to wait to have another one cooked when the rest of my family already had their food. The manager came over a few minutes later and asked how everything was. I told her about our steaks, and showed her the inside of mine. She also offered to have another one cooked, but I told her I didnt want to wait, and by that point, I had eaten over half of the piece of leather I had. She then offered a free dessert, but I didnt want any more food. My mouth and teeth were literally hurting from chewing my steak. I think some other kind of compensation shouldve been offered.

Definitely the worst experience at an outback ever. My family and I went out there last night and our server was a jerk from the get-go. He was not attentive and when I wanted to order more drinks for my table, he ignored me and tried to walk away. My grandfather and girlfriend got a burger and they both came out cold. My grandfather had to walk around to find him just to let him know; and when informed, he did not act apologetic or anything. Being a server myself, I love going out and getting good service, it always enhances my experience. Having always loved outback, I will not go back to this location for sure.

I have always loved outback steakhouse no matter where we have gone. And usually this one in garden city is good. But tonight it was slow, food came out warm not hot. And I wanted the steak salad but with a filet instead of sirloin, the waitress said they could do that. My husband also got the filet meal. His steak was tender and good, mine on the other hand was tough and had gristle. Very disappointing. The manager claimed it was a filet but I dont think so. They offered to get me a new one but I declined. Waitress was kind as was the manager but I was disappointed. Might not be back for some time.

I went to the outback in murrells inlet SC. I ordered the bone in ribeye and it was rotten you could smell it. I told the manager and she was poor at her job. She said do you want another one ummm no if this one was rotten dont you think the others will be too. The manager took my plate and never came back. She didnt apologize or validate that it is actually rotten. Never heard from her again. I am local so that is poor service. The waitress was good. They did remove the food off my bill.

I am still sitting at our table at 8:30 waiting on food when we had a reservation for 7:00. We were seated at 7:30. We had finished our appetizers before we even ordered our meals. Salads showed up at 8:20, almost an hour after being seated. We have small children, so i have already had to take them outside once to let them run off some energy. If i am not eating in 15 minutes we will be leaving...... Well, we levy at nine, manager did comp what food we had recieved.

I have been coming to this Outback for years. I am from NY originally and used to work at Outback when I was younger as well. I have to say, this location is always consistent, the food is great, attentive service. I would go so far as to say it is the best Outback I have ever been to, and my job has me traveling across the country and the world, so I have eaten at my share of outbacks!

Ate there last night June 10.....terrible. My husband got the pork chop...nice and thick but no taste at all. I had the Aussie Chicken Tacos. Barely had any chicken on three tacos., could have use more sauce. Good bye Outback....we wont be back. Not real busy and service was slow. We think Outback has gone done hill.
