Worst dining experience me and my group of 5 have ever had! We will never go here again and I will be sure I spread the word to others! We called ahead to see what wait time was they told us 15 min. It literally took us 5 minutes to get there and they then told us 40 min wait. We ended up staying because all restaurants were busy that night. We ended up getting seated after about 30 min. It took 15 minutes to even get a waitress to our table to order drinks! After we placed our food order we waited (no lie) 1 hour and 15 minutes and still did not get our food! We told the server we were leaving and she said let me get a manager. We said no but he came anyway and said give us 5 more minutes and well have it out! Seriously dude we just waited an hour and 15 minutes! SEE YA!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME!!!

Okay, so my family and I came here last night. We had a party of 10, 5 adults and 5 kids. Walking in, I thought it was going to be an awesome experience but then our waitress walked up. I initially started the meal off by saying we need 3 separate checks, then with a smart ass attitude, she says whos on what bill. We asked a little about the menu and she had no idea. Ask for the steak Gorgonzola without any cream sauce and she said we couldnt do that, I replied, "so its premade?" She said no and she will check. I know what is listed are just small things to be pissed about but her whole overall attitude sucked! Im a waiter in Ambler, pa and would never treat customers the way this waitress did. That being said, food was okay at best. Never going back!

This place was nice under old management but is terrible now. I tried three times to let them get their feet under them as new owners but they are in the wrong business and I will never go back. The first time (since new ownership) food was Terrible, next time hair in my food, today we ordered lunch and waited over an hour for food and it never came.I told the waitress we had to get to a meeting if food didnt arrive in 5 minutes and she came back empty handed and said sorry. I gave the new owner 3 tries and I think that was enough as I will never return to a place I really enjoyed before.

Went early on a Friday. We arrived before the dinner rush had started. Service was not that great. I ordered a burger (comes with lettuce, tomatoes and onion) cooked medium with no tomatoes and no onion and fries extra crispy. I got my burger which was well done it didnt have lettuce and COLD extra crispy extra greasy fries. MY wife ordered the standard issue Friday lent fish fry with no coleslaw. Her fish fry was soggy, extra greasy and had coleslaw, not worth $15 price. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I can certainly say I will not be returning, EVER.

Never thought I would say this, but service at American Grille was awful. There was 1 table dining that had a party of 2. The bar had 6 people. My husband and I stood for 15 minutes and no-one came to seat us, the bartender didnt even acknowledge our presence. We have been at this restaurant 20 plus times and have never been disappointed until today. Needless to say, we left this establishment to dine elsewhere. Casa di Francesca was amazing. 5 plus stars. We now have a new favorite.

Excellent Fish Fry, Wonderful Service! This was this first time I have eaten at American Grill for dinner. Several years ago I had lunch here and remember it was very tasty. We both had the fish fry and it was incredible! Dare I say it was the best fish fry I have ever had. The fish was tasty and the beer batter crunchy and not at all greasy. The sides were just right. The service we quick and friendly (as were all the employees). Good Job! We will definitely be back!

We came here a few months ago. I was part of 20 something people from a running group that attended for dinner and drinks. Everyone LOVED the food. The staff was nice for the most part, but I thought the bartenders were a little snobby. The atmosphere is nice and we liked that the bar had ample seating. Ill definitely go here again, its worth the trip out to East Aurora.

Im giving this a 4 just for the food quality which was delicious but the bar atmosphere took away from the dining experience, in my opinion. We were seated in the dining room near the bar entrance and it was loud and frankly kind of smelly..you know that barroom smell Im talking about. The burgers were really great though I was just expecting a different atmosphere.

If youre looking for a variety of flavored wings that are crispy, this is a great spot. The smoked wings have a mild smoked flavor and really dont need sauce. The regular wings have the right amount of tasty sauce. The fries are definitely a must - they are hand cut, crispy and tasty. Staff very friendly and atmosphere is fun and upbeat.

Literally just ok. The food is neither fantastic or horrible. Its just ok. The service was also just ok. Nothing stood out about our visit at all. Which sucks since it was my moms birthday dinner. Wouldnt say i wouldnt ever come back but its not like Id go out of my way to come back here.

Worst experience ever!!! Party of 4 and 3 food orders were wrong! Food was disgusting and waitress couldnt get anything right! We waited for our bill (which was also wrong) for 30 mins! We couldnt even ask for manager because the waitress was nowhere to be found! Never go back again!!

I have only been to the American Grille twice since theyve changed hands. Once in Dec. 2016 and June 2017. It was really delicious both times! Highly recommend the appetizer Volcano shrimp and the Lincoln burger. The place looks great and has a really good atmoshere.

Food came out wrong on both occasions we were there. Service staff was apologetic both times however management never approached our table on either occasion. Both experiences were disappointing and we wont be returning for a third try.

Four of us attended the Bills game vs the 49ers and stopped at American Grille after the game. The food and staff were outstanding. This was our first time and I would definitely recommend trying it.

Food is great but they fall apart in busy times. Normally attentive and friendly staff start to show signs of poor management.
