Might be the worst place Ive ever eaten at. The first thing I noticed was that the outside was extremely unkempt and the building looked dirty and grimy, and it only got worse when we went inside. The lighting is depressing and the dining room is so bad that Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs would probably have a hard time keeping food down. The tables were filthy, the booths and chairs where sticky, the menus made me wish I had a hazmat suit and gloves on, and the bathrooms were soo gross that Id rather go to the nearest gas station or Walmart and use the rest room there. Just when I didnt think it could get much worse the food arrived... If youve ever eaten somewhere, gotten your food and then been soo disgusted by it that you couldnt bring yourself to put it in your mouth, then you and I are on the same page. I ordered waffles and they were runny and chunky and smelled pretty bad, on top of that the hasbrowns were barely cooked and were so bland that all the salt and pepper in the world couldnt have made them taste better. This was made even worse by the fact that our server obviously had MAJOR hygiene issues including smelling as if theyd waited a little too long to use the restroom or as if they didnt bathe. His hands and fingernails were DISGUSTING, and I noticed that he kept sticking his pinky finger in his ear then wiped it on his apron. Yes I realize that everyone has issues, but if youre going to be serving food, you NEED to be clean; period!!! Over all the place scared the crap out of me, and if worst were to come to worst, I think Id rather starve to death than eat anything from that restaurant. Absolutely terrible!!! Avoid this place at ALL costs!!!

I took my daughter in during the mid evening hours. The place was very dirty and had a weird smell. We stayed anyway and waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to wait on us. No one said a word. When I tried to get the waiters attention he turned his back on us and stared filling straws and napkins. We heard him say, "stupid white B*****"! We got up and left. There was another white male that had been waiting who actually feel asleep at the table. There was a bottle of orange juice opened on the floor behind the counter. I will be reporting this incident.

Two words, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I just wanted some waffles to go. I almost felt pressured by server to apologize for even considering such a request. Had to order twice and wait 45 minutes to get a couple waffles. Just sitting there waiting I observed multiple wrong orders being processed. Their consideration for customer service deserves an absolute 0 rating.

The service was great. The food was about average for the Waffle House chain but hashbrowns "all the way" are a great value at $5 and change if you like all the toppings on one platter! I actually prefer this Waffle House over the other one by the outlet malls on the east side of Lancaster because this one isnt as busy, even on weekends.

I love coming here in the morning and enjoying a good American breakfast occasionally. I almost exclusively order black coffee, 2 eggs, an original waffle, and hash browns (smothered, covered, scattered). This location is always fast, friendly, and consistent. Ive always found it to be clean (for a Waffle House) too.

This location let me down on service. If you arent able to quickly refill the coffee, you starting from behind on wait service. Furthermore, Waffle House as a chain has lowered their standards for ingredients in recent years. It has obviously never been fine dining, but you can get better food just about anywhere.

My family and I absolutely love Waffle House. Always quick service, but the servers are still very personable. If you want quick, delicious food, this is definitely the place to go. I highly recommend going to this Waffle House on Dillerville Rd, rather than the one on Lincoln Highway.

There is a boy that works at this here Waffle House named "the Ace". He has an ace of spades tattoo on one arm and a horse and buggy tattooed on his other arm. He dances across the floor when he brings you your waffles. His voice sounds like Scar from The Lion King.

Ok, so it is Waffle House so I hope you know what to expect, and this location is no different. Generally kind employees working late through the night to feed local drunk college students. Food of course is greasy: but its decent, fast, and open 24/7.

We ALWAYS have pleasant people waiting on us, the food taste good, but since corporate took over the portions have gotten very small, the waffles are flat like pancakes, the hash browns you dont get enough, disappointed

This was our first ever visit to a Waffle House. Went for waffles and they did not disappoint. Waffle House us a cross between a fast food restaurant and a diner. Quick eats with no thrills. But good waffles!

Showed up after 1 am. Kurt, our server, was very friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. They also have a digital juke box where you can pick 4 songs for a dollar!
