Just Be My Thoughts
Good Food but disrespectful waitresses the young ones that is. A couple months ago went to get food went inside sat for 20mn and 12 people before my order was taking the female that took my order seen me when I first came in even speaked, so when she finally came to take my order I said you seen me when I came even speaked to me 20mn ago why you just now coming to take my order 13 people after i walked thru the door maam? Her response was fu** you Ill go get my boyfriend to handle you he outside waiting for me to get off. Her co workers had to stop her from going outside, she no lingers work there anymore!!!!!

The WORST service. I called over 4 times to place a to go order to no response. Then when I get to WH I stand at the register for 10 mins while employees ignored me. I had to make someone take my order, to find out by the employee they NEVER answer the phone. They also didnt have what I wanted on the menu! None of the employees know customer service or the art to multitasking! The other N Roxboro spot is better!

One of Waffle Houses new locations in north Durham on Roxboro road, the other being at Roxboro and Duke (almost complete). The atmosphere does not seem as run down as the other Waffle Houses I have been to. The staff is very friendly, albeit a little slow to get your orders in and out but that is the only fault. This is a great Waffle House to head to when ever you need the classic food you have come to know.

The food was good, and the service was great. However, I couldnt enjoy it because it was so cold inside. I felt as though I had to rush to eat it because my food started getting cold immediately. They need to do something about the temperature, almost everyone in there complained about how cold it Was and management blamed it on corporate and stated they couldnt change the thermastate...

To be honest I dont expect good customer service here and glad cause I didnt get it!!! Many complaining about their coworkers..waited awhile before my order was taken...the food/coffee was good as hell though!!! But yeah..close to my house next I will take my food to GO not too friendly staff

Sunday night, very hungry with a group of friends and did not get good service. Going on 15 mins without drinks and got our food mixed up, still without drinks as well. Very bubbly people I am with but very off putting vibe from the staff. Will not be returning.

Ive never had to wait more than a couple mins for a table. My order is always correct and the staff is fast and friendly. I just wish it was easier to enter and exit the parking lot.

Been there twice since it opened and each time weve been greeted as we entered. Staff is friendly and attentive and food came out quickly. I really enjoyed my experience there. :)
