I expect nothing of a place in the end. Many a time I find myself going to some fifth rate bar in my travels with second rate service and third rate food. Standing here I expected little with the usual overly dolled up waitress stuck wearing some skimpy kilt as a way to attract men into the establishment. Yet rather a hooter style special service the women retained a level of professional mannerism the likes of which I would expect out of a 3, perhaps even a 4 star qualified restaurant. Seated and promptly served I found the food above the average dripping snivel of the nostril of craptastic bars cross country. The decent food and superb service earned a 4 star rating on its own with the decore hammering that in for good with a beautifully done theme. What earned the 5th star? The one thing you pray for after stuffing an oversized dublin style double hamburger that were deep fried with seasoned fries down to your gullet. A clean restroom.

I was there last night. My friend and I were seated by the hostess who apparently forgot to let the wait staff know we were there, and seated us in an area that was being waited on. We waited for 30 mins before i went looking for a waitress to please take our drink order!!! Then I ordered a cheesesteak and upgraded to sweet potato fries. When my steak came out it had regular fries. The mgr was nice and paid for our appetizer and gave us 15% off our bill. But i would have rather paid full price for my meal and had better service. Will not go to again. Will not recommend.

Our waitress was excellent, but everything else was subpar. I got the fish and chips, and the fish - both the thick breading and the fish itself - was incredibly oily, though the manager did remove that from our bill since it was so bad. We also ordered the Irish nachos, and while the homemade chips were good, Im pretty sure the flavorless cheese sauce is just Cheez-Whiz. Very disappointing, and the only Irish beer they have is Guiness. I was excited to try this place because Ive heard good things, but I will never be back.

The atmosphere is friendly here. The food is pretty good for the price, but the service is sub par from when they first opened in Hagerstown. The past 2 visits I was greeted, and escorted to my table and given a menu. I ordered a drink, and on one occasion it took 15min to receive my drink. The place was not packed at all, but when I looked up the bartender was playing on her phone as well my waitress. The second visit, the same happened minus playing on the phone.

Was here 2/26 around 6pm sat at the bar was served by Brittany as I recall the spinach salad was good and the beers icy cold! Brittany kept my whistle wet and even posed for a pic with me for my buddies back home! She was preoccupied with other customers so didnt chat much though. Overall it was a good time with plenty of sports channels of the tvs Ill stop back again! LoL

Not the best place I have ever ate. Friendly service but we got a "new girl" who left us hanging a couple time and messed up the order. The food wasnt the best but it was good. I was expecting something to die for. Was pricey but its a chain restaurant so cannot say much about that. Defiantly got us in and out of there in a hurry, didnt wait long for our meals.

Decent food, a few interesting items on the menu. Decent service. Annoying that you cant even stare at the wall without boobs appearing in front of you, though. Dont go on a weekend night. Its like pickup city on testosterone, including the females. If youre over 40 they stare at you like youre a relic.

Great service from Kendra. Food for all was exceptional! I saw some reviews saying that service was slow to non-existent but that was not the case ... the place was packed with people waiting and the service was wonderful and we had a large group. Thanks!

Food was decent but nothing to brag about. Server was HORRIBLE. We went in on a Tuesday when it wasnt very busy. The girl messed up my order , never brought us refills on drinks , and we had to remind her about something we ordered. Very disappointed.

Food was good but got a kids meal and was charged $2.75 for a drink wich is full price for an adult beverage! And it came in a small cup and the child didnt even drink it all I think thats rediculas! To charge fill price for a kids drink!

The management staff is awesome, Justin James was friendly and responsive to my needs and made my customer service experience worth a trip back and some word to mouth advertising for your restaurant as a whole! Excellent experience!!

Near closing, waitress was obviously tired, but was gracious and was very hospitable. Pretzels were really good. Had a burger and fish and chips, both very good. The food is worth the trip, the uniforms are a distracting plus.

this place has really gone down hill, the food is bland tasting and the beer is filled with ice flakes. This has happened on numerous occasions, the wait staff isnt as friendly as they could of been and barely attentative.

This is basically Irish Hooters, but was a nice experience. The food was good, though my fries were a little dry by the time they made it to the table. Good burgers, good colcannon, overall a nice meal.

This place is amazing! Great atmosphere, waitresses are super friendly. Food is wonderful, had the chicken fried chicken and it was the best Ive ever had. Portions are HUGE! We will be back for sure.

Restaurant has good food, and beautiful waitstaff/bartenders. It is a little slow to get service, if you arent a regular, but it is still a nice place for a quick bite to eat with a little scenery.

Service is top notch. Staff is beyond friendly. Food is great. Got to go with Guinness and then anything on the menu. It is the only place in Hagerstown that pours a proper Guinness.
