My hubby and two-year old ate dinner there on Wednesday night. As usual, the food was good, but the service was outstanding. I have never had a bad experience there, but this experience was worth writing a review. Leah, our server was so kind to our daughter and was very attentive, even with several other tables to keep tabs on. The manager on duty also stopped by to check on us and she was also very pleasant. In our rush to collect our daughters things, I left my purse. When I realized it the next morning, I called and was told it was locked in the office immediately after it was found. I was so thankful that my personal property was treated as kindly as we were. My purse and its contents were all in tact. This was by far one the best service experiences Ive had anywhere in a long long time. Well go back for sure!

We arrived an hour and ten minutes before close, 5 waitstaff hanging around and no one wanted to seat us. Bartender finally showed up to seat us, I asked if there would be a problem as they did not seem to want our business. She said we had plenty of time. We placed our orders for a quick bite, had 2 trips to the salad bar. Our order had not arrived after 35 minutes, the manager gave us an evil glare when we asked to speak with the manager. We had our food packed up and left before closing without any attention from the manager. Summary, late evening food? Skip this place. Food in a hurry, not here. Interesting salad bar, yes. Food was decent, but would rather spent my time eating and not waiting.

I must be a glutton for punishment. I again placed a takeout order for a burger and an avacado chicken sandwich and forgot to switch out the fries. As I was waiting for the order, I told the server about my past bad experiences with their fries and that I would be trying the fries before accepting the order. As expected, they were limp and moist. The server volunteered sides and I asked for zucchini and brocoli. It took about 10 min. for them to arrive. Naturally when I got home the sandwiches were just warm and my wife said the avacado on her chicken sandwich was not ripe and the broccoli was mushy, way overcooked.

Very dissatisfied with this restaurant! Ordered two kids meals, one a cheese pizza and it was still ice cold in the middle. I ordered Smokey BBQ chicken and mashed potatoes. The potatoes literally looked like slop and tasted just like it. The chicken was so submerged in BBQ sauce that it was almost inedible. My husband ordered a steak and potatoes and the steak (medium rare) was so tough he had to pick it up with his fingers to gnaw on it. However, the salad bar was fantastic as always and our waiter, Steve, was beyond amazing. He was so entertaining to our kids and was a pleasure to talk to.

I walked in and was like so far so good but then the lady who walked me to my table I tell u was of the devil her finger nails were 6 inches long and she had beard there was mildew on the walls and the water I believe was from the toilet or had rust in it also the salad dressings were dated from 1997 and when I took the bunn of my chicken sandwiche i found shattered glass in it And the our waitress gave faces us toenails for Crutons and Instead of lemonade they gave me lemon lime bleach honestly just save your time and eat at your local exon gas station

Save yourself the headache and pick another place for dinner. They forgot about us shortly after we checked in. Somehow they were out of the first two beers I tried to order, and they charged my wife for a bottle of wine when she ordered a glass. The watress tried her best to keep up, but clearly had been given too many tables. Also, their mythical biscuits never showed up after several inquiries. The food wasnt half bad, but it was hard to enjoy with all of the other problems.

Service was terrible. The bread never made it to the table as promised. I ordered butter and sour cream on the side for my baked potato. When the server finally brought it my potato was so cold I couldnt eat it. Our meal arrived a plate at a time...with 10 to 15 minutes in between each plate....and the orders were still incomplete. We couldnt even find a manager to complain to when we left. I will NEVER visit this location again!

I did not like the customer service I received. I am not a big fan of their steak either, especially because they did not offer a Filet mignon. This review is completely subjective and probably does not reflect others views. But other than that, the atmosphere was pretty good and well located. Edit: I came back, different day, same great atmosphere and much better food and drink!! ☺

Let me preface by saying I am not the one that writes reviews only to complain. But this place is garbage. I dont know if its the time of day or our server. Sitting here for an hour and a half, my infant nephews STILL dont have their food. Our table is being blatantly ignored. My food is meh, the wait time and neglect is killing this score. Hope everyone has a better experience.

i always think this is one of the cleaner ruby tuesdays that weve been to, and the staff is really friendly. however, it seems like we always get sick after we leave ... which might be because we always have the salad bar and perhaps the handles on the salad tongs are not 100% clean? im not sure. the service is also usually pretty good. we will very likely return!

Food was delicious, service was horribly slow. I waited 15 mins to he told they were out of the beer I requested, then another 10 mins for my sweet tea. Had we not gotten the free fondue dip, because the server forgot to recommend it, we would have waited at least 45 mins for our food. If we didnt have the the gift cards we would not be going back

Terrible place, most of the time their phones supposedly "dont work" so you cant place an order for pickup unless you go there and wait??? That defeats the whole pickup option! More than likely employees are taking them off the hook so they dont have to answer them. It has happened more than 4 times as well and nobodys phones go out that much!

Horrible, had to wait for almost 2 hrs and still did not receive food. Canceled and sent my order back. Also took an hr and a half for my kids to get Mac and cheese and some fries. Would highly recommend staying clear of this place. The manager also had an I dont care attitude when spoken to about the issue.

Went on Sunday night around 6pm, waited to be seated 10 min, when we were seated, we placed our order and that took 25 min before our food arrived. I order baked potatoes, run out so I had to order, mash potatoes, not so good, I know I wasted a lot of money that night and we wont return!!!

First, the staff was very nice and friendly. The food came out timely and was very well prepared. It was some of the better chain restaurant food Ive had in a while. I had the ribs, mashed potatoes and green beans. Excellent. I would go here over Applebees and Chilis any time.
