A friend and I went to this Waffle House after the first choice was closed. When we pulled up we noticed two tables needed to be cleaned off and the waitress were stranding around talking. After we entered and came out the bathroom the tables were still nasty and sticky from syrup. The guy came over and began to clean it off we ordered the all star and when we got the coffee it was luke warm and when we told the waitress she replied, oh do you want a fresh pot. When she brought us another cup it wasnt hot either. The pecan Waffle that was brought to the table looked like it had been unfolded from a pocket and dropped on the plate. It was ugly, looked old and not even round-- presentation was not presentable at all. When I told the waitress I want another Waffle she said whats wrong with it I said look at it its ugly and nothing like the other Waffle. She took it and some guy came over and asked what was wrong with it I told him the same thing and I wanted just a regular one with no pecans. The food did not meet Waffle House standards at all and the waitress and service was less than one star. I have eaten at a lot of Waffle Houses due to our travel and this was the worst one I have eaten at. The worst and Ill say it again the worst plus I used to work at Waffle House years ago and I was trained to call out orders for the cook, I didnt even hear that. The worst. The worst. The worst one I have eaten at so far...

Let me start by saying that I love Waffle House and would recommend it if you love breakfast food and hash browns. However, if you actually are craving WH, it is well worth your while to drive the extra 5-10 minutes to one of Columbias many other fine WH establishments. Ive been begrudgingly going to this one for almost 4 years due to its proximity. I have had so many bad experiences that I stopped going last year. After a year of not going, I had forgotten why I stopped going. This time, I decided to write a review to remind myself next time I think I should go to the Harden WH. To put the many flaws briefly, the service is the slowest of any WH, theres always at least one unpleasant staff member to ruin the experience, and if you place a to-go order by phone they WILL get it wrong. From now on, I will never visit this WH and will recommend that others do the same.

Other night I came here and went and sat down with a lady friend. Five minutes of sitting and no one had acknowledged us. I actually had to say, "Hey, wed like to order now", to which the staff responded, "Yeah our shift is over and were waiting for the next one to come in". I stood up and walked out. Never been treated that way in my life, even at Waffle House, which I generally love. They could at least have said hello and explained the situation. I used to work in fast food, its different - but I expect to be served by whoever is on the clock - doesnt matter whos SUPPOSED to be doing it. Im here and I was willing to pay, but not after that attitude

This isnt my first visit but in both visits the place was just dirty. Dirty dishes on the counter from previous customers. The waffle maker is always a mess. The area in which the food is prepped and cooked was dirty. One employee ( who wasnt doing anything) watched as I walked in and took a seat, but didnt take my order until one of the cooks told her to. Another employee seemed to be under the influence of some drug or alcohol. Lastly, I paid for a side of tomatoes and I never got my tomatoes!

Ok, if youre having a bad day DO NOT go to work. The tables were dirty. Their sitting down eating like why are you here. Then when they finally come to the table we get dirty silverware thrown on the table. But I got that check BEFORE we got our food. REALLY, she sat back down to eat her food. Ok, I guess I came to a Restaurant at a bad time.

I drive by on my way to work every morning. This is the second time Ive called ahead, was told they arent taking to go orders. Both times there wasnt anyone even inside but like 1 or 2 customers. Im done. Ill never stop there again. Theres a really great small business next door called Rise. Thats my new go to for breakfast. Check it out!

The staff was friendly. The food fast, fresh and delicious. The location was clean and looked to be well maintained. I was here when is wasnt peak volume. Anyone rating this location as a 1 star may have had a bad experience, but it certainly isnt the standard operating procedure. Thanks to everyone for a quick and delicious lunch.

The place was dirty as soon as you walk in. The tables had dishes on them for about 45 minutes while the line was out the door. The manager was confused and apparently doesnt know anything about management. The staff was not friendly and seemed overwhelmed. This will definitely be the last time.

My steak was cold.. The server kris kept acting as if she couldnt understand my order.. My husband only wanted a coffee.. But she kept asking if we were sharing.. Then to top it all off she charged me for an extra coffee.. Was not please with the Services..

Just walked in and spotted a non-bussed table, with no one else waiting. Staff watched me put my coat down and wait for the table to be bussed. Left 5 mins of watching staff avoid eye-contact later. Very strange that this location does not want customers.

Very basic menu with simple meals. I came for breakfast and the staff quickly give you your bill after youre finished eating and collect it as soon as youve finished signing it. Great if youre in a rush during morning and lunch hours.

Food took way too long to arrive at my table. Drink refills took ten minutes. Hour and fifteen minutes was the waiting time while eating took ten minutes. Tables not bused while patrons obviously waiting to sit down.

Terrible service that will take upwards of 15 minutes just to get your drink order in. If youre craving Waffle House, make the 10 minute drive to the one on Bluff Rd. Its fantastic compared to this utter disaster.

Perfectly placed waffle house. Open almost 24/7 with the best breakfast foods you can imagine. I love the hashbrowns and Ive never been one for hashbrowns.
