I called this particular restaurant to inquire whether or not they serve vegan friendly meals. I would have appreciated it if they simply told me "no", however they chose to lie to me instead. The gentleman I was speaking to recommended the black bean burger to me; I asked about the ingredients used in the buns to make sure that it is not prepared with any egg or dairy product and he assured me that it wasnt stating that its only made of avocado. I also asked about the French fries and he was firm when informing me that there are no other meat product fried in the same oil. Fast forward to the restaurant, I not only find out that the black bean burger has egg and dairy products in it, I also find out that the French fries are fried in a common area where seafood and other products are fried too. I would have simply walked out of that restaurant upon my discovery, but I had 3 other people with me that I did not want to inconvenience, so I ordered a customized salad instead. Everything would have proceeded well because I finally found something to eat after perusing the menu more than 3 times, if my salad wasnt the last plate to be served after 20 min of waiting. I would understand the wait if the restaurant was full, but it wasnt. So, to be clear, this restaurant gets a bad rating not because its not vegan friendly, but due to the fact that I was lied to, inconvenienced, and my service was very slow.

We came as a party of 9 adults & 3 older children. The place was empty! Dead! The waitress told half the table she would only do drink orders at that time however placed appetizer orders for the other half. She came with our drinks 10 mins later & still didnt take our order. At about 15 mins later the appetizer to the other half of table came out & we still hadnt placed our order. By this time ONLY 1 child had eaten. We all ordered the $10 apps & waited. During this time adult drinks came out wrong & we waited some more. By this time we were at the restaurant for almost an hour & still no food. I finally called a manager. The guy came out & did t even look like a manager just another waiter making excuses. I canceled my order & left since we had a 2 hr drive back home, however my friends didnt leave there until almost 1.5 hrs later. A total of 2.5 hrs. When it was time to pay, she had added extra drinks & things that was never ordered & it was another issue. I will call headquarters bc I have never seen a restaurant do this bad in my life!!

TGI offered a 474 special, 4 appetites, 7 dollar entries and 4 dollar deserts. We informed the server that all three of us would be taking advantage of the 474 special. I had ordered as my main course the chicken fingers, they served my food on a DIRTY PLATE ! After eating a few chicken fingers, I saw this foreign object on my plate which turned out to be the tail part of an eaten shrimp. Spoke with the manager and informed him that these plates have to washed after each service to wish he agreed. After that to add misery to insult, when we got the check, they were trying to charge us 12.00 dollars for the chicken fingers instead of 7.00 dollars. In My opinion, I use to like TGI Fridays, now I find them to be over priced with dirty rest rooms. Try Applebees for a better dinning experience at reasonable prices.

Went for dinner on a Sunday night. It wasnt busy at all. Food was really good but the server took a while from the very beginning, only refilled drinks when she brought our food, we never saw her after that. We were sitting there for about 20 minutes after we were done eating just waiting to see her to ask for our check. The table next to us complained to another server, asking if they were short staffed, as they had also been waiting a long time just to order. They happened to be waiting on the same server we had. All the other servers seemed on top of their game, we were just unlucky and stuck with a slow one. We were a party of two. Would go back for the food but if I get the same server I will request a different one for sure.

By far the worst service Ive ever experienced with such a major franchise restaurant. Not only was our order totally wrong every other customer sitting around us had the same issue. We joked in fact that none of us had ever experienced anything this bad. Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service and acknowledgement of making a mistake. The waiter stated to every table "I entered it in right, not sure what happened" When I explained what my issue was he then asked if I just wanted the check. I gratefully accepted the check and made it clear that they needed to address the issues they have. Seemed like it fell on deaf ears. Sad to see such a great place not have quality service!

Horrible service, horrible drinks! Go somewhere else. We got there at 9:30pm on a Sunday..they dont close until 2am. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks. I got wine, which was like two sips in the glass. I wanted boneless chicken wings and they said they were out of chicken. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and when they brought it out the waitress said we were the last people they were using thr grill for. Again its 10 pm and they dont close for four hours! It was clear that the entire staff was ready to leave and didnt care. If you cant serve customers until 2 am...then dont stay open until 2 am!

Seems to be getting worse over the past year. Steaks were not bad in the past, just over cooked sometimes. Tonight we both ordered the rib eyes, medium. Both were not evenly cooked and rare to medium rare in about half of each one. And they were not tender at all. Texas Roadhouse, and Outback make the stakes here seem like dog food. There even better at Golden Corral! Not sure if its cooks or poor food quality. Plus we got less french fries than from a Mc Donalds small size for kids! If you must go here, get a hamburger, never been disappointed with any of these on the menu.

Slow, slow, slow. I would be understanding of slow service if the place was busy, but they werent busy at all. The place wasnt even at 1/3rd capacity, and it took almost 40 minutes from ordering to receive our food. The host and server both failed to bring utensils. We asked the server to bring them, and even then the utensils didnt come until *after* the appetizer. The brownie we had for desert was burned, and the bathroom was almost as dirty as I would expect to find at a gas station. In short, eat somewhere else.

This was probably the worst dining experience ever . It took over a half hour after we gave pur drink order to get our drinks . After my girlfriend ordered the loaded nachos without onions they came with them . She asked for a refill on her coffee and it took at least another thirty minutes to get it . Its not that it was busy because there were only about ten people in the restaurant. More employees then customers.. The food was okay but the service was horrible ! We will not be back again .
