Terrible service. I placed an order at 1:30am from the grubhub website. It had a minimum of $15 not including a $10 delivery fee and tax. The delivery fee seemed excessive but since they were 20 minutes away I figured it was necessary. It was supposed to be an hr wait time. Anyway, the delivery driver called me 30 minutes later to confirm my address and area. He was actual kind of rude and was asking me questions about my address that you can clearly see on a gps. After 1 hr and 30 min from the time I ordered I called the store to check on my order and the guy who answered was talking to someone else for a while before acknowledging me. Very unprofessional. He told me my order was almost there. 5 mins later I get a call from the driver saying that because of how far from the restaurant my house was (20 mins away) that they would have to change my delivery from $10 to $40. They said the driver had not left yet. I was immediately upset because they waited so long to tell me that even though they knew exactly where I was when they confirmed my address. They quadrupled the delivery fee after I had been waiting 90 minutes for an order that wasnt even on the road yet. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I ordered an eggplant sicilian pasta. After being informed that there was no eggplant, I asked if I could substitute with chicken. What I got was chicken that looked like it had been flat pressed on a flat grill with a load of oil and pepper, and slopped on the top of some spiral noodles with bland store-bought spaghetti sauce. The spaghetti sauce was, indeed, bland. The noodles were undercooked. The chicken was greasy and I ended up feeding it to my dog. There was also very, very minimal cheese with the pasta. I also ordered a calzone. It was decent, but not worth the price paid. My boyfriend had a chicken parm. He said it was good, but I didnt try it. When I called the restaurant to address my concerns over the phone, the woman who picked up was incredibly rude. I will not be ordering from here again. I dont know what happened to this place -- I used to order from them a year ago when I lived a little closer and the food was good.

This place is really bad dont go , owners are rude while I was there getting a slice the just stand around like your not there I spent 5 minutes to waiting just to tell them I wanted a slice of pizza they new I was there and then hey ask me did order already , I put in my order and then there was another customer that had order wings and they were not crispy enough they customer tells the cook that is the owners son , he tells the cx dont tell me what is crispy is you dont like it you can leave I was shock , so the customer tells them ok just give a slice of pizza then , the owners son flips out and wanted to fight the customer over that he told him that the wings were not crispy , then the owner steps in and tells the customer that he does the wings crispy and that is hes restaurant and he needs to leave . this is the worst place in Orlando dont got pizza is not even good

Dont let bad reviews fool you. My suggestion is to either eat in or pick up your food. Their delivery drivers are a revolving door from what Ive seen, but the food is delicious and the prices are fantastic for what you get. The owner has been great to us every time we walk in. They may be in the service business but that doesnt make them your servants. If you walk in there with an attitude, youll get one back. You get the respect you give. As long as youre not a jerk about mistakes that may have been made, theyve always been more than gracious about fixing it and even offering extra for the mixup. In my opinion, this place is a hidden gem in an area where someone who grew up in NJ/NY would otherwise feel let down by food at most places. I highly recommend this shop. Cant say enough good about it.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Called to place an order for delivery, the lady on the phone was absolutely clueless asking me my name 4x and address 3x as someone in the background was prompting her what to ask and I could hear the whole background conversation perfectly. They then tried telling me the total was more then the listed prices on their website and in their menu. How does a $5.99 small calzone jump to $9.50?!? The lady on the phone was quite rude and after I asked for her to cancel the calzone but keep rest of order she hung up on me. NEVER going there again.

I dont really recommend this place. I ordered in person last night and they took forever. The fact that they didnt even have to deliver it and it took more than 30 minutes for me to get my food is ridiculous. I evaluated their professionalism skills and i wasnt impressed. They dont make the garlic knots fresh, they just grab the old ones that have been sitting out for god knows how long. When I got home with my food the wings I ordered were nasty. Dont order the lemon pepper wings, they smell and taste nasty. Pizza was good thats it though.

I ordered for a group of friends trough Eat 24 app and we got a Pizza, burger with fries cheese sticks, onion rings and more we asked for ketchup, and mustard for our fries and after waiting 30 min they called us from I love NY pie and they told us they charge for the ketchup and mustard packets 0.50 cents !!! Not even McDonalds charges for ketchup or mustard this is crazy and I am leaving 1 star because the person that called was rude and food ok the pizza was not well cook!

Be careful of a little spanish female employee by the name of rachel rodriguez who works there she stole my credit card information twice and once i found out and did a personal invesgation i came to find out on her record she got multiple credit card fraud charges and theft charges look her up rachel rodriguez d.o.b 3/2/90 the owner should not allow a person with a criminal background like that to work there

I have to say the delivery was pretty fast pizza was good probably one of the better pizza places around here and being from NY I know what real new york pizza tastes like and this isnt it its close but its not 100% NY if they made it crispier then it would be closer, it is however one of best pizzas that Ive had down here though. and would order again.but next time cook it and make it crispy

It was horrible...the garlic teriyaki wings was just this horrible sauce and minced garlic that was old thrown on top. The marinara sauce was like a salsa and the calzone was watered ricotta inside. To top it off the girl didnt get my cc information correctly and the owner calls and starts yelling at me as of i was telling i wasnt going to pay...im never ordering from them again.

I ordered my combo meal for delivery at 9:00pm. At 10:20 it finally showed up. Despite the delivery persons insistence that it was fine, the cheese was hard and the pizza looked like crap. I called and asked if anything could be done, and they refused. Later, they called AND ARGUED WITH ME ABOUT WHAT TEMPERATURE THE PIZZA WAS!! WORST PIZZA JOINT IN ORLANDO!!!!
