I have never written a review of a place before...It is Saturday at 4pm on Nov 26th 2016. This place is horrible. I have come 3 times now, hoping it would get better. I will never come back to this one. My wife asked for a pepperoni pizza delievered to our table for our family of 4. They said "No" and that "all the pepperoni must be gone from the bar first" I said "So I need to take all the pepperoni pieces remaining so that no other customers can have any, and then you will send one to my table?" She said "yes" Then she never brought me one, ignoring me completely when I told her where I was sitting and asked for a number to place at my table. Every CiCis I have been to, allows you to get a personal pizza delievered to your table so that you dont wipe out the bar pizza for others. Not this place. The food is beyond subpar. Pepperoni pizza slices are sloppy, some slices dont even have pepperoni on them. They have a lack of cheese with the bread showing. I am an Alfredo pizza fan, it was hard and void of cheese. It just feels like most of the people who work here hate their jobs and put zero effort into their work. If upper management reads this, I highly recommend walking in unannounced one day and checking it out for yourself. I can only imagine that this store does alot less business than the other stores around South Carolina. The CiCis in Sandhills is a much better example of how one should be ran, and how employees should act. I bet their sales crush yours. Sincerely, Someone who knows how to run a business.

I am writing this review from the store so that there will be no dilution of my feelings about this place. I came here to have lunch today Sunday 1/15/2017. I have been here several times and always had good experience. But then I came across a manager or some other lady who wears green t-shirt. I requested here that can I please have a veg pizza in the buffet as I am a vegetarian. She tells me we are currently doing only spinach pizza. I told her I dont like spinach so she told me they are not taking any personal request till they dont replenish the buffet. As a matter of fact the guy who was making pizza was just standing idle, but she will not ask him to make a pizza for me. Then I waited for 30 min and when I went to take some salad she asked me do you still want a veg pizza. So I think she was just trying to see if I will just go ahead with what they had on the buffet instead of having a customized order. I think this is here deliberate tactic and not that they were busy. I have seen this lady at two other cicis in Charlotte so I think she might be some managerial staff. I am not sure if this is cicis policy to discourage making personal pizzas or she does this on her own. Please be on the lookout for this lady and please comment if you feel the same or otherwise

Hadnt been in awhile.. will be awhile before I go back. I informed the cashier that we normally drink water but wanted to try the apple soda only to find out after paying $1.79×4 that they didnt sell it - although apple fanta was clearly listed on the menu under drinks. The orange fanta they did sell was out. $5.99×4 for pizza, salad, and dessert.. asked for certain pizzas but they were out. Asked for salad toppings such as tomatoes, cucumbers, ranch, and bacon bits but they were out. Asked for the dessert selections but they were out. Two young men in street clothes came into the store and went behind the station.. cooking personal pizzas, placing items on the counter, and assisting customers all without washing their hands. After another customer pointed out that one was not wearing a cicis shirt, he went to the back and put on a dirty one then finished eating before going behind the station again. If youre looking for a clean, budget friendly yet quality place to eat and choose this location then you will be OUT of luck.

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had at Cicis. When we walked in, before we even paid for our food, there were NO pizzas on the counter. I was with 3 other adults. We asked for a pizza to be made, they told us they didnt have enough dough to make a personal pizza. Not long after that, 2 others asked for personal pizzas and got their number thing. So we asked for one, KIMBERLY, told us we could not have one. And in the midst of us talking, she walked off. So the manager on duty at the time told us to get a number and he would bring us some of what we wanted. She then asked him why he told us to get the number. She stayed on her phone constantly. Even touched pizza with her bare hands after fiddling with her hair. The bathrooms were horrible. And when a pizza would come out, EVERY ONE was rushing to get a slice before it was gone. I would never recommend anyone to go there after todays experience. But on a good note, you do have a good worker by the name of Rayquan. He worked very hard while we were there.

Too much to " type" using a cell. First of all, at 4:30 on a Saturday evening, there were about 6 different, COLD, partial pizzas on the bar. Ok, so, I ordered something special for my 3 kids and me so it would be hot. It came quickly ( the only positive in this experience), but cut in 12 pieces ... You know how tiny that on a small pizza? We sat around in the nearly full dining room until the pizzas slowly started coming out. As I got in line behind another gentleman with kids, got 4 pieces of the thinly cut stuffed crust after this guys 3 slices, the person checking the bar asked the pizza girl "I thought you just put out a stuffed crust? This is it?" well, anyway... my baby girl asked me if my slice of cheese pizza was chewy like rubber...I thought, at least the dessert would be good. The cinnamon rolls were very pretty. I took a bite and it was like old, tough, stale bread. Flipped it over and realized it had been placed upside down to hide that it was overcooked. Well... the soda was not flat.

Very Disappointed! The sign says "Any way you want it", and another says " dont see your favorite pizza, just ask well bring it to your table" Im a vegetarian, so i asked for a stuffed crust spinach and was told it only comes with pepperoni! The sign says " unlimited stuffed crust pizza on the Buffet" it doesnt say only pepperoni! There were very few varieties. No parmesan on the table anymore only in plastic packets that even my ten year old, who loves parmesan, said taste like plastic! No salt and pepper! No trays? ( try being a parent, alone in here with small kids trying to get food, salad and drinks to the table No tomatoes or broccoli on the salad bar! This place has Seriously gone down hill, and primarily has children with poor people skills working here!
