My husband and I went on a date night without our 4 kids tagging along. We were prepared to go Christmas shopping but git hungry first, the wait was outrageous like 45 min to an hour so they gave us a coupon to get 4$ off a glass of wine at the bar while you wait. So we went to the bar and when we ordered our drinks they asked if we just wanted to eat at the bar. The absolute best service I have had. Your drink gets low its instantly refilled, food was fast and efficient and your waitress is the bar tender. She never strayed away so if needed you didnt have to track her down. Food was amazing! Service made it even better!

Great restaurant if you want food that you know will be consistent no matter what city or state you are in. Service does get pretty busy during regular dinner hours compared to lunch hours. Wait times during dinner hours or prom weekends that happen in the summer are more lengthy. (up to over an hour sometimes) If youre able to get in the service is prompt depending on who you get as a server. Delicious food no matter what you choose on the menu. From the Chicken Marsala, the Tour of Italy, or even the Fettuccine Alfredo. All of which I have ordered, and enjoyed completely.

I will never go to this Olive Garden again the waitresses are rude and insensitive to family service as was the manager and on my birthday of all days but I did not let it ruin my day and paid for the appatezzer and left without ordering the main dish and took my butt to TRH . Its to bad to since that Olive Garden was awesome but I think they got rid of the great workers and then got crapy workers. Idk just a heads up to you all with families do not go to this Olive Garden

Food was excellent... Now the servers were not so friendly our waitress was kind and prompt but the others we noticed were not nice to other customers and couldnt keep up with tables... Lets just say a ball of mess and new waiters & waitresses they just seemed not to care when they came in their shift change hopefully Ill be able to change this since it is the holiday season

I called to ask about reservations for after my sons First Communion and the girl was very short and rude. She said were booked all day sorry. No questions about how many people in the party, large or small, any suggestions on how we could still be fit in...nothing. Thats business lost and we will not be coming back.

My rating is based on their inability to recognize various entrees react differently as take out. While sauces taste fine and last while dining in, it dries up when taken out for later consumption. However OG fails to provide extra sauce so that meals taken out compare favorably to those eaten on site!

The worst visit I ever had the soup ingredients were not done I had Zuppa the cheese did not melt they were cold the breadsticks were hard there was seven of us but the waitress was very slow people came in after us and got served before us I dont think Ill be going back for a while

Had the unlimited soup with the new chicken piadini. Delicious! Friendly staff tried to accomodate my mothers gluten allergy but the menu is limited for that (as are most chains). Will definitely be back for more soup!

Absolutely sucked the service was crap, I only got one refill throughout the whole time I was there, my steak was overcooked and when I got another one back it wasnt seasoned, and it took 45 min to get more breadsticks
