the food was delicious, I ordered two potpies through their drive through window. There was no microphone and I actually had to pull up to where two workers were sitting doing nothing and flag them down for assistance. I was then informed that the drive through was for customers that ordered ahead on the app. I had never been to this location before and did not want to unload my mother in law to go inside. There is no signage that informs weary, hungry drivers that this is how it works. Probably wont be returning.

Boston Market, in my opinion, is a unique restaurant. They offer what I call a classic home meal. Rotisserie chicken, with mashed potatoes, roll, and some mac&cheese? Count me in for that! Their food tastes fresh and it feels like you are ordering something "cooked," which is nice in the world of fast food.
