I absolutely love firehouse and come to this location all the time. I ordered two Philly cheesesteaks last week and one of them had a piece of bone in it! A piece of bone! I completely lost my appetite. I called the store that night and spoke with the manager and he said to me"All I can say is im sorry I dont know what else to say." Ive never been so disappointed with management at this location.

I have yet to be disappointed by Firehouse Subs. I come here maybe twice a month and try a different sub from the menu. The food quality is high and the wait time from when you order is about 5 to 7 minutes. Watch out on how you order: if you get the combo (chips and a drink), it can get a little pricey in my opinion.

This is one of the very few locations I have found the Vicious Viper hot sauce. Most stores dont stock the really hot stuff so I was excited to see this here. Five stars for this specific location for being adventurous on top of delicious. I will make this my local go to Fire House.

I get their Steak N Cheese sub once or twice a month and its always fresh and tasty. When I went here on my birthday, they gave me a free sub too! That drink fountain in the back is a magical device. I can finally live out my dreams of Raspberry Vanilla Coke.

Fun atmosphere, and yummy yummy food! The manager Brandon was so helpful and friendly. He made our trip to Firehouse go from a ordinary office lunch, to an unforgettable dining experience. Thats how you do customer service! Thanks, Brandon! :)

PRO TIP! This location is only open until nine!!! The online times are incorrect and issued by the corporate store even though the franchise owner keeps it until nine every night.
