Ordered there twice. First time i bought for four people. They screwed up two of four orders and they were incomplete then my sandwich was so soggy I couldnt eat it. Second time on a Sat around seven I ordered for three adults. Staff said food would take 20. 2. 25 min but 45 min later my order was incomplete AGAIN and they wanted 11 bucks for a Ruben with TWO YES. TWO pieces of meat,thats it. I returned that and got my money back my wife had a burger and now four hours later she is hunched over in pain throwing up. Nope never again . The young kids who work the front are nice but obviously the people that cook and run their kitchen shouldnt be handeling food. Kids as well ? And the owner walks around in circles to make sure everyone knows hes the boss but has noooo idea whats going on in his restaurant ,how could he when the same problems occurre consistently . If he did care enough to manage his place and make sure the substandard service and low quality food never made it to the public then maybe I wouldnt be here posting. I DONT LIKE BEING RIPED OFF NEITHER SHOULD YOU. I have read the other reviews and obviously they are friends family and or employees posting good reviews. I dont want lip service. I WANT QUALITY FOOD THAT I PAY FOR NOT 2.50 for a coke 11 BUCKS for two sliced of pastrami bread and crout, half my order cooked wrong missing and someone sick from it.

Best burgers in Rock Hill, hands down. All burgers come with fries for free which is great. They have a really yummy grumpy sauce that youll love if youre a fan of Eastern Carolina BBQ. All of the ladies that work there are so friendly and helpful and on most days youll catch the owners there too. Also, that have Cheerwine! There arent many restaurants left that serve this awesome drink. I definitely recommend it.

After two visits here, service and food was OK. Our friends from church made this one of our meet places. They live nearby and have brought many other friends to this restaurant until LAST visit. We received the rudest treatment from the ungrateful owners of this establishment. Grumpy does not begin to describe their business etiquette. We unanimously agreed to never visit this business again.

While there are some good things at Grumpys, particularly the hamburgers, the service and the pricing arent ideal. The outdoor seating area is definitely the best place to sit, weather permitting. The menu could also include some healthier options. Overall, not a bad establishment at all - just one that has room for subtle improvements that would make it excellent.

Previous reviewer said it, "Honestly the best burgers in Rock Hill." Went here with the family, ordered, sat down, and the food was out promptly. Nothing was honestly wrong. I ordered a plain burger and the the fresh ground beef that they advertise serves it best!—Literally melted in your mouth. Best burgers, hand down in Rock Hill/Fort Mill area!

Burgers are cooked medium well per the restaurant. Ours came out very well with no flavor. I prefer medium. The service was great until we got our food. I did not see our waitress again for over 15min after I was out of tea. Two beers, an appetizer, and three meals with one tea was 44.80. The burgers are overpriced....no flavor. A beer, $4-5.00.

The service is great here as well as the food. They have a wide selection of things including things you dont find everywhere. For example, they have deep fried hot dogs, Carolina (Buttermilk) pie, shrimp and grits, and daily specials like BBQ pork 3 ways. They have fantastic, home made desserts. Even my picky son likes this place!

The food is good, the staff is friendly, but they really live up to the "grumpy" name when it takes 20 minutes to be served your to-go order of just a chili dog... and then forget to put the chili on. Literally the most uncomplicated item the menu. If you dont mind waiting 30 or more minutes for a your food, this place is for you.

Grumpy Brothers is a great place to grab a fresh bite to eat. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and such, but I always find myself getting the Shrimp Po Boy. My wife loves the Key West. Both are huge and taste amazing!! The homemade oatmeal cream pie is almost worth coming in for by itself!!!

Friendly waitstaff, plain burger joint feel. I had a Grumpy Bros twist on a southern burger, and for almost $16.63 (I did leave a tip on that) I didnt feel like my food was worth that cost. Maybe I went on a bad day, I will be trying again next time Im around this area with a client.

I got a delicious take out burger here, (Trojan burger), and seasoned fries. They were both great but it was a LOT of food. In other words, come hungry. Despite being in a mini strip mall, the decor of the place made it feel kind of charming, good light and a very nice server.

This is a great local spot with generous, delicious food portions. If youre looking for a spot with great, gourmet sandwiches, burgers and other dishes, this is it. The last time I was in, they were serving kangaroo sliders which were amazing.

This is one of the best burgers in Rock hill. Make sure to order the potato salad if its in season and save room for one of their cupcakes.
