By far the WORST Penn Station I have ever been to. My boyfriend and I stopped there at 9pm to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon pulling up I thought they were closed on account of the sign being turned off. We walk in and the smell is horrid on account of one of the employees moping with a dirty mop. Because he was moping, all of the chairs were stacked on the tables which I thought was highly rude. Had I not been starving I wouldve went elsewhere to eat. I ordered a grilled veggie. When I got my order nothing on my sandwich was grilled so I take the sandwich back up to the employee and he says he forgot to ring it up. It looked like the guy literally put lettuce, tomato and onion on bread that was it. What it was, he didnt want to clean the grill back off to make the sandwich. Anyway so I had him re-do the sandwich. It was still horrible. I could tell he was irritated because customers were coming in near closing time.The Penn Station I had been to before had excellent grilled veggies. The "lettuce" at this location was yellow, it was just all bad. So when the associate asked me how the food was I told him it was disgusting. He responds "yeah, no one likes it. No one hardly orders it..." Well I totally see why! This was the worst Penn Station from the food to the employees trying to close up the store early.

I have not been in this place in quite a while because every time I go there something is wrong with what I get. Today there were 5 people behind the counter. One guy took my order while the other socialized. There were only 2 other customers both sitting in one booth eating. I ordered but no one was cooking the fries I ordered. I did not say anything because I wanted to see if they would realize it. After my sub was made they decided to cook the fries. The girl there said I should have said something to them when I saw they were not preparing everything. Its not my job to tell someone to do what they are being paid for. When I got home the sub I ordered didnt even have what I ordered on it. This place SUCKS!!! A few years back it was wonderful when there was one guy there who really took his work seriously. 5 People drawing a pay check and no one doing their job at all or correctly because they apparently have personal business looking at a chart on the wall that is more important.

Always good food but sat and watch the grill guy go from the computer to the raw meats we were being served his hands went back and forth for several customers still without washing his hands this is how you get cross-contamination and people get sick and then we were also told that we couldnt eat in the restaurant because they were about to close yet there was about 30 minutes before closing overall demeanor of the grill guy was pretty rude not someone I would want representing my establishment which I have been a general manager of a food service establishment for a number of years

Im in Rock Hill on business and this place was close so I decided to walk over and give it a try. Im so glad I did. the philly cheesesteak is incredible. Honestly, I dont think Ive ever had a better one in my life. the fries were cooked to order and I treated myself to a delicious oversized chocolate chunk cookie. Id recommend this place to anyone. Im definitely glad I went.

Food was ok not great. Roll was way to small. The guy fixing the food was nasty, touching his clothes and not washing his and and did not even put on gloves. Will definitely not eat here again. Way to overpriced for what you get. Save money and go to subway much cleaner and sanitary.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Luckily I work about 1 mile from it! The food is always fresh and amazing! And the employees are super nice! Great customer service is hard to find, but somehow they pull it off. My husband and I will be regular customers here as long as we live in the area!

It took us * 28 * minutes from the time on our receipt to get 4 sandwiches... was delivered with the excuse of it was so busy. Ummm... 10 people in a joint with no one in line is sooo busy?? The food itself? Its a sub. Wont be back here again thats for sure.

For the last couple of times we were disappointed with the sub rolls. They look like they have gotten smaller and there is no color to them. Like the are underbaked. Change back to your old rolls.

Ive had better subs. I had the Italian and thought it was very salty and it was just ok. Nothing I would go back for. Definitely a one time stop for me.

Great grilled hot subs. Lots of sub shops but here they grill them for you. Great fresh cut fries and homemade lemonade.
