This was the worst experience in an airport setting! We waited in line to be told abruptly that to order anything from the grill would be a 25 minute wait. So I ordered a shake only and decided to get a quick prepared salads and pizza from mi familigia next to johnny rockets... only to wait 20 more minutes for the shake and for the service to acknowledge me and put a piece of pizza in a box! The claimed they had to wait for the cashier to come back... from where?? Will never plan on getting food there again! Unprofessional and WAY too slow for an airport!

This is among the very worst "dining establishments" Ive ever been to in terms of customer service. This is my third time eating here. Every time it is the same routine. I stand at the counter for a full five minutes with every employee looking past me like Im not even there. No one even says "Hi well be right with you". Eventually someone takes my order while speaking as little as possible to me. Then I wait another 10 minutes for my order. This time they even defaulted my burger to "well done" (gross) without asking.

I had ordered a Chicken Burger and I had to wait for almost 30 mins for my order. I was unhappy with the service and the way they spoke to me. In fact, I had to ask few times for my order and the person taking the order was very rude and unprofessional. Although, the burger was ok but they didnt provide any trays they had any mayonesee. I dont think I will recommend anyone to this place.

The burger and fries were actually some of the best airport fast food Ive had in a long time. The airport wasnt crowded in the middle of the day and service was decently fast, but it would have been an issue if I was in a rush. The prices are pretty high, like youd expect from an airport. The single rocket burger was good without cheese or sauce. The fries were a great side.

Ridiculously slow service. Not a very personable staff, missing ingredients for menu items, long wait, the list goes on. I could understand if there was an unusually high demand of customers, but there really were not many of us, maybe 10 total people in line. I waited for 25 minutes just to get my food. Food was good, but not worth the 30 minutes of my life I just lost.

Customer service was horrible, the employee who took our order never once smiled or said anything even remotely customer friendly. It took almost 20 minutes for two burgers to come out. When we got our burgers they were so over cooked they were black and hard as rock. Terrible experience;

Super slow. Stood out front for five minutes with no one in sight at 8:30 in the morning. Everyone was in the back apparently. Someone finally took my order, but then had to wait another five minutes for cook to find their way to the front. Worst Johnnys experience possible.

Lets see: miniature burgers, cold fries. All this for $12. This airport location is to be avoided. Do yourself a favor and do not buy food there. I wish I could in-remember my experience.

15 minutes to get two lousy burgers, service was crap too. Speed is definitely not their strong suit. The guy in front of me waited even longer than me and for $30, never again!!!

There was a short line...but it took so long i couldnt order food (because it would have caused me to miss my flight), so i just grabbed a beer...even that took nearly 10 mins...

Slow but the BEST Option, its one of the only places for a full breakfast in the airport. Manager is very professional and made a slow wait for decent food good.
