I love the chicken, apple, cranberry salad at BK, but the last few times of going to this store, it had been made incorrectly. I finally went in instead of via the drive-thru, and asked to talk to the manager before ordering. She was friendly and thanked me for coming back, and made my salad herself. It was great! She even said she knew who might be making it incorrectly and was working on that person. I really appreciated her niceness and willingness to do what it took to keep a customer coming back. Not every business will go the extra mile, like she did today. THANK YOU! :)

Bad attitude at drive thru, ordered 2 meals, bacon king and fish sandwich. Paid for cheese and tomato to be added to fish. Stopped in parking lot to check order. Glad we did. Nothing added though paid for. Walked inside. They took the open sandwich back through to the prep area, added the cheese & tomatoes and handed it back. 1. Against food service health laws to bring back food once left store, 2. DO NOT trust them!

No one was in the place and we waited for 25min for our food. The ff were old and cold no ice available and the shift manager was arguing with the grill person and he was very rude back. I had children with me and didnt expect such language and disrespectful manner from the employees to each other. I asked for my $ back which was $52 and we will never go back there again.

Everytime i go to this place the shake machine is broken or ahut off. Which is bull because yhey arent suppsed to shut it off until the end of the night. Not 4 hrs before they close. Cold fries. And very lazy people.
