Used to be good, now kinda crappy. I havent been here in a while, came in tonight, and waited at the empty tills for a few minutes. Eventually a teller wandered over and stared at me blankly. Ok, l gave her my usual order, noted no tomato, collected my tag. A few minutes later my meal arrived, with a tiny portion of veggie fries. Pricey, small, and cool veggie fries. I chased down the teller/server and she agreed they were too few without hesitation. A much larger, hot, portion, soon arrived. I then pick up my sandwich and realize, just as Im about to bite into it, its got tomato. WTF?! Now that has to be replaced. The same teller/server brings that replacement and notes theyre very aware of allergies. Apparently I have to detail my medical requirements for a no tomato request to be honored. She also confides she thought the veggie order was skimpy when she brought it over and the kitchen knew the complaint before she spoke to them. So both the kitchen and server knew my order was mishandled and both still went ahead. Thanks, but Ill not be eating where they *know* theyre screwing up, still go ahead, and then make asinine excuses that only make it worse. Oh wow, Ive got a coupon for food I dont feel comfortable eating now. I hope nothing looked too dodgy before they cooked it...

Another over priced burger place. Burger sizes are so small for the price. Wasnt worth the price for the size and quality of the burger. Really disappointed. For 1 "large" burger and a shake, it cost over $14. Just the burger and shake. No sides, no fries, nothing else came with it. For that price I might as well go eat at a nice sit down place and get a lot more for that high price tag. Will not be returning to Smash Burger. Too many other great choices out there both in price and taste.

Customer service horrible. No a smile, no.a welcome, no a thanks... ppl who bring food to tables just drop it and dont even make an eye.contact... if u say thanks you never answer back. If they.forget any condiment like avocado they bring it involve an a piece of paper and dont put it inside.. fountain area dirty and the runners screaming and laughing like they was in.the play ground.. First and last never again... is better go to 5 guys

Very disappointing. Was here a year ago when passing thru natick snd loved it. Today we found very little to like. Meat on both our burgers was dry and overcooked. My onion haystack was so salty I couldnt eat it. The fresh brewed iced tea was not fresh at all, it was cloudy and acidic like it had been sitting out for days. Wont be back ever. Shake shack has it all over these guys.

I loooove Smashburger! Their food is always great and I love their Haagen Daaz milkshakes. The staff is friendly and they bring your food out to you and also clear it once youre done. They have so many options and are happy to substitute items on your meal for you...which comes in handy for me since Im such a picky eater! I wish there were more of these in the area!

This place cannot get out of its own way. Consistently having issues with their order management system. They are unapologetic and pretty unpleasant. No discounts or freebies given out for the massive delays. I waited 30 mins in the restaurant plus the 30 minutes I waited before driving over. They need to sort it out or close. Preferably, theyll close.

I wish I could give this place negative stars but unfortunately its not possible. I like to come in here sometimes with my youth group. This incident has happened 3 times already, where we come in 1 hour and a half before close, and they basically deny us service. Or they treat us like dirt. TERRIBLE service. The manager should be ashamed of himself.

This place is similar to a 5 Guys in terms of menu items and price, but the food is significantly better in my opinion. I never leave feeling like I ate a lead weight. The milk shakes are amazing, and I strongly recommend the salted caramel. Service is always quick and good.

Came in today for the first time ever to Smash burger. 2 of there menu boards were down so had to order some items off a paper menu. This location was clean and staff very friendly. The food tasted very fresh, tasted great and looked great. I will be back here for sure!

It got hot in the place I ordered two burgers got one they forgot the other water but brought it to us after the other person have to wait and didnt get to eat at the same time tasty but Greasy wont go there again

Tasty food, doesnt leave you too full and is not too greasy. Ive had the burgers and the chicken sandwiches. The fries/haystack onions have left something to be desired, but they are okay.
