We came here only a couple weeks after having a horrible Johnny Rockets experience in Pennsylvania where we live and I have to say, the experience we had at the Cranston Johnny Rockets has completely restored our faith in the brand. Our servers name was Asia. She was extremely accommodating, very friendly, and generally made us feel welcome. She took our orders and within minutes our appetizer was out (cheese fries, which were great) and around 5-7 minutes after that our food was out. I couldnt believe it. Everything was hot and tasty. The burgers, as is typically the case with Johnny Rockets, were amazing. They are among the best burgers Ive ever had. We didnt have to wait at all to pay the check either, which is a pet peeve of mine. Overall this was not only the best Johnny Rockets experience weve ever had, but it ranks close to the top among the best experiences weve had at any eatery. Thank you Asia, thank you Johnny Rockets, and Im really happy that I am able to post a review like this.

The manager refused to accept a valid coupon, specifically for this location (Cranston), because it was presented on the Entertainment coupon book app rather than on the paper version of the coupon. The restaurants sign up for these coupons, and I paid for the book, so it was frustrating. According to the manager this had happened before, and yet nothing is being done about it. He was unwilling to discount any of the bill. He did call the owner to confirm, and so it was probably out of his control. The owner should realize that honoring a coupon worth $7 would have saved his this negative review. We wont be coming back. Aside from that, the food was decent, if greasy. The server was pleasant. The tables were dirty, and the coffee cups has lipstick (not clean).

This place gets a 2 star review because Ive had good experiences during the lunch time hours, but tonight it definitely took a dip. After playing mini golf down the street my fiancé and I wanted to split a Milk shake and some fries. Not knowing what time this place closes we stopped by; to find out that we couldnt even get "To go" because they were "closed". When I asked the woman in charge what time they closed she said 10pm.... Too bad it was 9:50... I hope this gets back to their corporate partners. Your job is to serve until the hour clicks over, not before! #LazyAmerica #Unreal

have been to this place before was always a decent experience. but will not be returning anytime soon. On Saturday May 17th my niece asked to go here. We walked in about 6:00 the young man behind the counter told us to sit anywhere. We did and well over 10 minutes later after we were ignored and people who had walked in before us were waited on, we got up and left. I informed them as to what had happened and was given blank stares. No apology, nothing. Can say without a doubt I will not be returning to that Johnny Rockets again!

A neat place to grab a bite to eat if youre craving a 1950s experience! Classic burgers, malted milk shakes, and tunes make this a fun place to visit. Not a great location, but they have outdoor seating.

I loved the onion rings, probably the best Ive ever had. But that didnt really make up for the undercooked, luke warm burger I got in my take out order. Turned my stomach.
