When I ordered chicken nuggets and fries, I asked the girl at the drive thru politely for extra honey mustard because I use it on the fries as well as the chicken. She straight up told me she couldnt give me more than two, which had never happened in the fifteen years Ive asked for and gotten four at every other fast food joint, including other locations. This specific Burger King was the first fast food joint ever to give me a hard time about this, and later she has to CONSULT THE MANAGER (WHAT?!) and the manager started negotiating the number of sauces I got. The staff started seriously negotiating the number of sauce packages they handed me as if they were selling cars. And to make matters worse, the manager closes the drive-thru window, turns to her employee, and LAUGHS in plain sight of me. I ended up taking what I got without arguing because I dont want to waste precious minutes of my obscenely short lunch break arguing over sauce, but Ive been in customer service way too long to tolerate this kind of treatment. I know the kinds of conversations you have in the back after everyone leaves. If you really think the request Ive made successfully literally everywhere else since before I even hit puberty is that outrageous, at least have the common decency to laugh in the break room rather than in front of the customer. If you want the people who serve you to treat you the same way your boss expects you to treat your customers, dont come to this location.

My friend from France called around 12:45 and asked if they still had a specific type of cheeseburger. However, the qualified server was highly disrespectful to her said, quote on quote, "Ok I know this is a prank and I have your phone number, its called caller ID. Goodbye." I felt offended because, according to Burger Kings policies, speaking foregin languages is considered a prank. I will never call or go there again. My friend was mortified and will never trust Burger King with her food. I would give 0 stars if that was allowed by the outdated Burker King policies. Burger King and McDonalds in France, called Quick Restaurants Group, is better than BK ever has been.

Theres a spanish mental retarded annoying cleaning employee working there who all bothers me every time I eat there. Hes so annoying and irritating eating there is very uncomfortable. I would not recommend anyone going there with that type of atmosphere. And the service is not that much better. Its a spanish atmosphere there so dont expect anything good or great.

Im an early riser and unfortunately though the restaurant is supposed to open at 6 a.m., I find myself waiting at the drive-thru until quarter past at times. My favorite meal is the sausage burrito, which is usually not made correctly at this location.

The food is standard for Burger King. However they need to learn what size the cups are. Ive ordered a large iced coffee there multiple times and they give me a small. Insisting its the correct size so they dont have to make another.
