I generally liked Burger King but theyre making sizes for things smaller and taking away good deals. And now they charge you for individual dipping sauces because they say that you dont just get dipping sauces for menu items and need to pay extra. The largest sized shake or frappe isnt even comparable in size to a small, they used to be huge and satisfying and now you can finish it in a few sips. The 5 for $4 deal (burger, fries, drink, chicken nuggets, and a cookie) was the best thing that ever happened to Burger King and its already gone! Wait times at this location are consistently pretty horrible, location is always understaffed no matter what time of day it is. Drinks are never full, they always leave a half inch to an inch of empty air at the top so youre short changed on your beverage.

I do what I gotta do when Im ready to party. BK lounge in Lowell is better than I thought it would be when you choose to compare it to the rest of this "town". ( its Beat) . But what do you expect. this aint Bertuccis, this Is Food For Stupid Stoners. who are too doped up to cook for themselves and they need an easy munchy fix. I dont know what every one elses excuse for going here is but If your expect anything more than 2-3 stars at this "restaurant" (all Burger kings) then your a poor Idiot who doesnt realize that dollar menu means cheap and quick. Get a real job so you can afford to go to a real Restaurant that doesnt hire people for Minimum wadge so you can get your "good service"

Man this burger king location sucks!!! The workers are just rude.. The food comes out terrible.. Like they barely have ANY CUSTOMERS why must your food come out sloppy and nasty?? Its no wonder why McDonalds steal all the customers!! I use to take Burger king over McDonalds ANY DAY... but now my mind has switched to Ronald McDonald.. Sorry bk.. But u need to change everything about your store and workers. #mickeyds

Do not eat at Burger King on bridge street lowell. My boyfriend drank half of this before noticing this mushed fly, and then we bring it back and the manager says "what do you want me to do?" While theyre pressure washing appliances inside the building. Disgusting. God only knows what was wrong with our food

I just left here 20mins ago when my French fried were cold and when I for home I realized mt chicken fries were burnt as well as cold?!? I called and the manager said they would replace then ...Im sorry Im not driving all the way back ...they shouldnt be giving out cold / burnt food to begin with smh

the staff at the drive thru was very friendly and they remembered napkins and ketchup in the bag. the fries were hot and fresh and the burgers were good. I took off a point for the cook giving me a tiny tip of the tomato skin instead of an actual slice.

This bk sucks they lie about the computers being down so they dnt have to take orders.. u guys need to learn how to make oreo milk shakes.. they are so watery and barely have ice cream n oreos in them. Nasty

Bad customer service . dirty bathroom s as well . u can always tell if a Resturant is clean ... Check the bathroom if its dirty . So is the area were your food is being cooked
