I went here yesterday with my dad and twin sister before Waterfire:) My twin and my dad wanted something else so I odered my food. I ordered a grilled chicken breast sandwich with a sprite. I had this same item about a week ago when I went to Mohegan sun in CT. The sandwich there was really put togther well and not sloppy, the one at the mall was the total opposite. The sandwich was sloopy and not put together well and I had a better experince at the other one I went too. I had to cut it with a fork and knife just to eat it, but all in all good experience. still regreting I didnt get the onion rings:)

Despite the fact that the girls working there would have been cute had they not been 16, tops (and thus, understandably, had no conception of service), the shake I got was still nothing more than the most generic, unimpressive concoction of bagged ice milk and syrup flavoring. F-, Johnny; if there were to be a next time, and there wont be, itd be hard not to do better.

Awful service my order was wrong then we ordered my son a cheeseburger kids meal and he wanted a dark chocolate shake and what he got looked like vanilla and didnt even taste like chocolate and he didnt want whip cream on it and they gave it to us with whip cream just awful besides that our burgers were good and so were the onion r2

Im really sad cheese Boy closed so I figured I could grab a grilled cheese from johnny rockets. Big mistake . Grilled cheese and sweet potato fries ran me nearly 10 dollars and as starving as I was I couldnt eat it. The grilled cheese tasted like some funky chemicals, the fries had good flavor but they were a big pile of mush

You guys have the worst customer service ever!! I waited over half an hour while my food is getting cold. I finally got my food, I left only to found out I was missing my fries..I went back and you guys want to offer me money! How disrespectful, you guys cant pay me for wasting my time. Strengthen you customer service!!!

The cheddar cheeseburger was tasty and the fries were very good. The restaurant was cramped. The staff is young so there was a little incompetence but they were working hard and professional so with time they will do well.

7 people working and it took 25 mins for 1 shake and 2 cups of ice cream. Absolutely ridiculous!! Not to mention everyone before and after us had their order and left. Kind of high prices as well
