This used to be a Friendlys that was known for pretty poor service. But then it turned into a Johnny Rockets. Never fear though, the poor service remains. Sometimes its downright unpleasant. The food is a bit mediocre as well and depending on the day youll get it quickly or have to wait about 25 minutes or so... Youll finish your fries and drinks before the burger even gets there. All in all, not so great and definitely not worth the money - there are better burger spots even in the metro-West.

I never thought I would find a burger restaurant that MacDonalds puts to shame. The food was terrible. Fries tasted like carboard. Meat was chewy and just didnt taste like beef in any form. The processed crap they tried to pawn off as cheese didnt even melt it was so processed and fake. Then they tried to charge over $15.00 for the meal! I ate a couple of bites and asked for my bill. I guess the plate with the burger thrown on it wasnt a hint I didnt like it. I wouldnt go back if they paid me.

Terrible experience. Sat down and waiting 15 minutes to order, after walking to the counter to ask if there was a server assigned to our table. one of our drinks arrived half full. 30 minutes later our food arrived with the bbq sauce coming out shortly. it wasnt until we were nearly finished eating did we ask for the check did he come with the bbq sauce. whqt should have been a half hour lunch took well over an hour, for a restaurant that wasnt busy

I am at Johnny right now so food is average like the milk shake but burger was dry and taste less very poor service. Table was dirty and some customers left it took a while for them to clean it, after they clear the table the table was left with out whipping just like my table hade crumbs on it I guess whipping is not the custom our food came little at a time server had dirty close despite little people in the restaurant they were very slow

Had gone a few times when they first opened, hadnt been in a while but kids insisted. As we were leaving, I didnt have to say it, they did "Never coming back here again". Was there at 5pm, and while there was more staff than customers the staff was running around in circles without actually doing anything and got at least one order wrong at every table in the restaurant. Food wasnt great, and not worth the money paid. Bummer!

Went there got seated. Drinks ordered within 5 minutes of being seated. Ordered the food. A cheeseburger and fries, a chicken finger and fries. Two simple easy quick things to make. Took over a half hour!!!! Was about to walk out then the food came. Food was below average. Service was awful. I will never go back.

Bad service, fries were soggy, simple hot dog order was wrong. This is the second time I tried it figured I would give it another shot. Sometimes employees just having a bad day, but Im all set with this place.

Relatively small, compared to other Johnny Rockets Ive been to. It took us a while to get seated and even longer to get served. But the staff was pleasant and the food was good!

They are a smaller Rockets, and service does tend to be slow. I have only eaten there on weekends and had good food and good experience three times out of three.
