The only reason I give this one star is because there is nothing less to give them. I recently ordered a hamburger on a GLUTEN FREE roll, as advertised on their menu. I was told 3 times that the roll was definitely GLUTEN FREE. Well, it was not, in fact even though it listed UDIs GLUTEN FREE rolls on the menu the manager told me the next day they didnt have GLUTEN FREE rolls yet. Apparently, it wasnt important enough for Johnny Rockets to educate their staff on what they have and do not have on their menu. I spoke to the manager and he said, "You shouldve known it wasnt GLUTEN FREE"!!!! Really?? Your staff insisted 3 times it was GLUTEN FREE. I was told he would speak to his staff and call me back. He NEVER called me. I was sick for 3 days due the stupidity of the staff at this restaurant. This is unacceptable. Thank God it was not an allergy that couldve killed me such as a peanut allergy. Johnny Rockets needs to educate their staff about food allergies. If you are going to be in the food service industry please take food allergies seriously. You could kill someone someday due to your ignorance. I was so sick, as I am a Celiac, and cannot tolerate gluten in my diet.

Probably the worst experience Ive had at a hamburger joint. It started with a sign that said they werent accepting debit/credit cards that day which I should have taken as a sign. When I went to order the girl was rude and I later found out got my order completely wrong. I paid and went to sit down, it was over a half hour before I got my food. When I went to get it there were no onion rings, my favorite and the first thing I ordered, and no chili on the chili cheese fries I ordered. When I brought this to someones attention I was told there was nothing that they could do. After explaining everything they said the best they could do was put some chili on the fries, but made a big deal about how they should be charging me for it. I sat down and tried the chicken wings I ordered and with one bite found it was still pink. I didnt even bother to go up to the counter because the manager obviously was not willing to help me. I walked out dissatisfied and beyond aggravated.

Waited in line for 20 mins with no one at the cash register. Complained to the employees about not getting waited on one employee actually said "oh well". We were given so much attitude that we asked for the manager who was out back instead of helping pitch in while it was so busy. We werent even given the respect to have the manager come see what the issue was, rather the supervisor came out from the back room. Customer service is sorely lacking. Obviously they dont care because you are at a casino with little other food choices.
