The food is great, however Im really disappointed in the customer service. At the Beaverton location, Ive had no issues. Lake Oswego, however, has been nothing but problems. I ordered for a large group (30 people) sandwiches, salad and chips almost a month ago. They were over an hour late delivering it and almost missed the window for our agents to be able to eat it. The second time I ordered just for myself, with the delivery window being 12-12:15 and someone called and asked if it would be okay if they delivered it at 12:45. I said I would prefer not, an earlier delivery would be fine, but I had given almost an hours notice, Im hungry, and I want the food! She got snappy with me and explained she only had one delivery driver. Okay? Thats not my problem, that is yours to solve. Why call and ask if its okay to deliver your food late if "no" isnt an acceptable answer? Wont be ordering from this location again.

A Wreck on wheat is my favorite. I could eat here every day and not tire of these sandwiches. Every time I eat one Im happy. Happy like a child skipping through a park on a 75 degree day. Lifes cares slip away for a few minutes as the mouth party rages on. Eat here, eat happy. The milk shakes are good, the cookies are on par with subway cookies and the dream bar is just ok. The sandwiches are perfection. Perfectly toasted on the outside and soft and chewy bread on the inside. The flavor combinations are allstar. But stay away from the peppers, those overpower all flavors. You may as well go buy some peppers and just eat them straight.

Great little sandwich shop that can be easily missed due to its somewhat hidden location. Having eaten at many Potbelly locations throughout the Midwest I was excited to see Potbelly had made its way out west. Sandwiches are filling and the location is clean and well kept. Staff is pleasant and caters to your needs as a customer. Great option for anyone looking for something different than your normal Subway type sandwich. If you save room for dessert try the coffee shake! Sandwich wise I would recommend the Chicken and Cheddar.

I was bummed to lose the Quiznos that was here, but only until I tried this new place. They do toasted sandwiches like Quiznos, but this food leaves Quiznos food laying on the ground crying like a six year old with a skinned knee. Food was fresh and not overly processed. The portion sizes are good for me, enough to fill me up, but not so much I feel like I ate too much. Overall a great spot to seeing by for lunch. Just a warning, the parking lot is a zoo for this shopping center at lunch, walk if you can.

The older blonde lady who checked me out moments ago was extremely rude. I ordered a pickle from her and she told me in a condescending manner after a sigh that I was supposed to order it "down there." Then when I tried to pay for my friends food she implied that I should have told her sooner. Then when I was gathering my things before sitting down she said, "Do youuuu need anything else?" Dont usually write reviews but she was the worst.

I admit, Its a little hard to find. Had to check Google. I usually go to the Beaverton one. That aside, It really has great food and a friendly staff. Prices are fair. Personally, I get "A Wreck" sandwich, which they have in salad form too. And they have the regular stand-bys you would expect from a deli, as well. Not to mention hand-dipped shakes. I mean, whats not to like?

Great sandwiches. Consider getting double meat or extra meat for a few bucks more to really kick up your sandwich a notch or two. Big dining area with lots of seating. Helpful staff.

Great sandwiches and the soups are amazing. Ordered for a large work group online and the order was all correct and delivered ahead of when they promised it. Highly recommended.

The food was decent but not filling, it was expensive, and the staff was slow and forgetful. Good chocolate smoothie, though-- a chocolate milkshake made with frozen yogurt.

The sandwiches are OK. Nothing special here. Employees werent particularly friendly or bad either. Just kind of there. Not personable.
