I am a 65 year old disability-retired veteran and I was denied my due "heroes discount" at the register simply because I did not have the exact form of military I.D. they wanted to see. My Veterans Administration Medical & Services Card was not deemed good enough, nor was my D.A.V. Membership Card. I was made to look like a fool and likewise embarrassed before a crowd of people who were in line behind me. The experience made me feel very dissed and unappreciated, not to mention lower-than-a-snakes-belly. I was on vacation at the time (7/11/2017) and the whole incident ruined my day and provided a bad memory of that particular segment of my vacation. Just a few days ago while I was in Roseburg, I was able to get the way-cool 50% heroes discount at the Sutherlin BK with no problem whatsoever. That was a great experience ..... Hayden Island, not so much.

Omg... If they had a Zero star option.. I would have chose that.. Anyhow.. Went thru drive thru just now and got the worse service ever! The girl on the mic was either completely deaf or retarded! I repeated 3 times that I wanted onions on just one of my chicken sandwiches. No lettuce on both. Instead I got 2 very old and cold Chicken sandwiches no lettuce and no onions.. No mayo.. Nothing! Very over cooked chicken patties like they double fried them. I ordered oinion rings and fries.. My rigns had a few tossed in with old fries.. Not cool. The staff seem very unhappy.. And are very rude.. Corporate should review this store.. Wow.. Just love wasting my money!! Never returning.. I advise that NO ONE come to this store!! Disappointed and still hungry.. Guess Ill go to McDonalds now...

Terrible service. I ordered 3 double cheese burgers through the drive thru and the order taker asked "only ketchup?" I stated "no just no pickles" she then said "so you want mustard?" I told her that I wanted everything that is normally on it just leave the pickles off. I recieved my food and after driving up into vancouver, looked at my order and found that all my burgers had only one patty on them. I checked the reciept and it clearly stated double cheeseburgers.

Only gave 1 star because I didnt get food poisoning ! I stood at the counter for about ten minutes before I was acknowledged. And the manager had a horrible attitude. Two people within 5 minutes came in for a refund due to the wait.The bathroom stall door was extremely disgusting. Probably wont be eating there again.

This location is not closed down and if you ever go to a fast food restaurant they all get your order wrong in the drive thru or inside but if you like Burger King go in and deal with the wrong order its not going to be wrong 100% of the time anyway people make mistakes

Looking for a place to grab food before we head 100 miles home. Hours say theyre open... They closed at least ten minutes early. Sitting in the drive thru at taco bell and employee decides its time for a smoke break. Thats ok. Taco bell is better.

Had to drive back around driverthrough to get my sauces and value onion. Rings arent a value anymore 6 small onionrings for. 1.49 wow I will go to safeway buy onionrings and cook myself before I go back there
