First of all, I have to give it to them, their food is decent; but only because of the junk food they put in it. Even if the food itself tastes good, look at the preparations. The other day, I came here and they gave me a burrito with the beans and sauce completely leaked out, I had to throw it away. This Taco Bell is mainly bad because of their wait. I just came here and I timed it, it took 34 minutes AND they gave me the wrong order. I had to go exchange it inside where there was another man with my order. The Taco Bell people literally tried to swap ours which is completely against health code (what if the other person ate the food etc.) so I refused and got my money back. While waiting in the drive thru, I saw a man coughing while making the food. For compensation they gave cinnamon sticks or something which taste like stale peanuts that are put in packaging boxes. I suggest if you are to come here, go inside, not the drive thru and make sure you check your order is correct before heading home.

Worst Taco Bell ever! They take up to 30 min in the drive thru and forget parts of your order! Pulled in tonight after the snow and was told they closed at 8! As in normally they close at 8......not that they closed early due to weather. And we could all see that they were inside having a little private snow day party. 9 cars in the parking lot. Hates this Taco Bell since moving to Bethany several months ago, but after tonight, I will NOT ever return! They hire children to run this place and often have 2 people working during busy times. Never have I reviewed a fast food place. But this location truly SUCKS!!!! Drive the extra 2 miles to the one off of Cornell!!!

The young Blond girl dropped her latex glove on the floor three times while looking to see if anybody saw, rather than walk a foot over and grab a sanitary one, then dug her dirty floor glove into the beef tray. Lost a daily customer because you hire dumb entitled teens with no common sense. And yes, the employees are always on their phone. Small portions and it takes forever! I would go on my 30min lunch break right next door and by the time I actually received my food (usually one small burrito) I only had 7min to eat, happened all the time. But the floor glove was the last straw.

My family has been to this store many times. Almost every time they screwed up our order. Usually they at least make it right. This time they forgot some of our food we paid for and when we went into the store they were very rude. They also told us we needed to go through the drive through for who knows what reason. Im surprised these people still have jobs. I mean how hard is it to read a screen and match what you put in a bag to whats on the screen. And then be rude about messing up. ... seriously? ???

Nice staff but they made mistakes on 3 of the 4 peoples orders including mine but I didnt know until I got home. Tried to call the phone number on my receipt and it went straight to a fax machine over and over. It took over 15 minutes to get our order with no wait at the front counter. Not busy. Very understaffed for their abilities. Probably will go out of my way to go to a different location. Dont go here.

As youre probably well aware, this is a Taco Bell, just like any other Taco Bell. So my review is based entirely on the terrible service at this location. They consistently close early, and more than once weve waited for almost 20 minutes for an order when no one else was in the drive through. They often mess up our order, and more than once weve discovered something missing after returning home.

The most terrible customer service ever. Employees always on their phones, got my order wrong 4 times already. Its like the people that work there just dont care about life and have no standards. Just because its a minimum wage job doesnt mean you give minimum amount of service. Terrible experience and terrible employees. Get it together Taco Bell and be professional.

Empty place and still waited 30 min for our food.. only one cooking was the Mexican lady while 2 others just walked around with their thumbs up there ass. Happens everytime... fat kid cant even take an order.. slow , incompetent place... I want my money back I didnt even eat my food because my lunch was over like most of the times I decide to eat there for lunch ..

I was served my combo 3 with the gunchy Tacos and there seemed to be a copious amount of sour cream, which I could believe was home made if someone told me. I was served by a young woman who offered me sexual favors in return for my "gunch" which u politely declined. I think I have hep c now. 7/10 overAll. (would recommend to grandma)

Its a standard Taco Bell with a drive thru. The teens like to arrive around 3pm. There is a no longer a laptop bar with plugins. The free WiFi works for about 4 hours and then fails. No notice as to why, but it happens every time I go. They have a "happier" hour with $1 drinks (including some specialty).

I came in starving, expecting to get in and out quick b/c it was one other person in the drive-thru. I ended up waiting patiently for two chicken quesadillas and a burrito for about 25 minutes!!!! Ive never been treated this bad before. You can bet Im never coming here again.

I go here once or twice month...very nice staff, a little busy sometimes, and have had some mistakes with my order in my favor. I dont think they deserve a 2.6 overall rating. Some people forget that its just TacoBell.

Its Taco Bell so Im not rating the food. Weve all had it. Ive been here several times with my kids and the staff is always friendly. Ive never waited more than 5 minutes for my food inside of the drive thru.

Drive thru order was incomplete, chips in all three nachos were days old....we threw out all three orders. Manager was too busy to help me. Will not return. GROSS!
