Update as of October 7, 2016: Time to drop the 5-stars down to 1. I went to this location a few days ago with my parents to have a nice family dinner. A few weeks back, I heard that Olive Garden was going to have a Never Ending Pasta Bowl deal and I was excited for that. Our experience with that deal did not turn out to our expectation. Lets start from the beginning. When we first entered the restaurant, we were required to wait. We were a bit confused as there were clearly a ton of tables free to be used. We decided to go along and waited for 10 minutes. When our name were called, we were led to a room full of empty tables and we were sat down. After a while, the waitress came by and asked us what kind of drinks we wanted and offered us a sample of wine; I wish I could bump up the star for that service. We told the waitress that the whole table would like to get that Never Ending Pasta Bowl deal. She said sure and went away to process the order. She came back a little after she had taken our order to give us our salad and soup. My parents and I started to feast on the food and we even shared a little of our side for taste (THIS PART IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT!). After some time has past, our waitress came back with our order of pasta and it looked plain. When asked the waitress that wed like a refill on our soup as my mother wanted to try out a different one. Heres the part that shocked all of us. She said no. Um, what? I told her that it was clearly stated that wed be provided with unlimited breadsticks, salad, or soup. I mean, thats like the whole motto of Olive Garden. She then told us that were not allowed anymore refill due to us sharing food... WHAT?! And heres another thing that ticked me off. While the waitress said all of this, she was trying to be transparent as possible and kept trying to walk away as we were questioning her on this. She told us again that since we shared food, we werent allowed for any refills of our sides. I was frustrated and there was nothing that I couldve done at that point. In the end, know that Olive Garden wants you to know that SHARING IS NOT CARING. The restaurant was superbly clean when I first entered. Id come to pick up an order that I placed online through their fast and simple website. Everything went well and I got my order and walked out happily. The food was delicious. Especially their salad. Oh man, I would die for their salad.

Only reason for 2 stars is because the food was better than the customer service. We came in for dinner my fiance, myself and our 2 girls last night around 8pm. We were seated at our table quickly. Took a bit for our waitress to get to the table and the table we happened to be seated at didnt have a kiosk so we couldnt call her to the table. We ordered our food and drinks. My fiance ordered an appetizer along with our meal. The appetizer was good, but she completely did not bring us our salad, soup and breadsticks. Like said above, we didnt have a kiosk so we couldnt call her back to the table and let her know. It wasnt until 20 mins later she came back to the table to let us know our food was almost ready when she asked if we wanted more breadsticks. Well, I said we didnt get any breadsticks or salad or soup. She looked embarrassed and then left with our soup and salad and breadsticks in hand. She was trying to make up for it, but we were already frustrated so it was a lost cause. Our food came right after that and didnt get a chance to eat all my salad. Felt disappointed in how things went customer service wise. It wasnt until she thought she might not get a tip than she started acting decent. I still gave a tip because thats who I am, but seriously, it was a disappointment after a year of not eating olive garden.

Bediening was heel slecht.

Arrived ar 11:00 AM, first one in the door, was told there would be a wait since servers werent ready yet. Got seated at 11:04. Ordered drinks, (3 waters 1 ice tea) got them delivered at 11:10. Took food order at 11:11 brought soup at 11:34. No breadsticks yet, asked for breadsticks was told, "you will get them there ready". Got main course at 11:40 then brought the breadsticks. No " im sorry " or " The kitchen is real busy" just a surly attitude from the server. Finally ask for the manager, explain the problems, found out the reason for the kitchen problem was a very large to go order that had slowed everything way down restaurant customers. That we could understand, the surly attitude and silence from the waiter , we didnt understand. The manager was very polite, very attentive to our needs, took care of the check for us, which was not necessary but greatly appreciate it. I have given reviews over the years For Olive Garden in Beaverton before, most of them glowing, I have been a customer since they first open their doors. Im going to assume this was just a hick up in there normally stellar service and try them again.

My husband and I have been to this Olive Garden location a couple of times before and we enjoyed the food so much that we decided to eat lunch there on our 1st anniversary. The food has always been superb and the service has always been courteous but this time we lucked out and had the best server we could have had! We were originally going to go to an expensive, upscale restaurant but after the experience we had at the Olive Garden in Beaverton today, we were SO glad we chose to eat there instead. The restaurant was super busy. We probably had to wait to be seated for 10 minutes or so because it was lunch hour. Even still, there was never a moment where we did not have our drinks filled. The server (Chris) looked so busy and yet he was able to come to our table at least 5-6 times to check on us and see if we needed anything or if our food was okay. We were blown away! What a great way to spend our anniversary! We were so pleased with both the food and service and we will definitely be going back. :)

My husband and I are vegan, and I was unsure if they would have anything we could eat. I called ahead of time, and they ended up preparing us our own menu, highlighted our options, and made sure that from start to finish, all of our food was completely animal product free. The waitress, Allie, even made sure to double check on the croutons in the salad being vegan, and took the extra steps to speak with the cooks and managers to make sure without us even asking, which was amazing. Ive never gone to a non vegan restaurant and felt so welcomed before, nor had such amazing service like we did here. Plus, its nice to have options other than the basic vegan burger that every restaurant seems to have as their only plant based selection. Kudos to you, Olive Garden! We will 100% be back, and recommend to all our friends.
