I have never left a review, good or bad, but I guess this location is a good place to start. The food is subpar, as should be expected from fast food. The service, for the most part, is fast and friendly. The problem is Alex, the franchise owner. He is consistently rude to customers. I visit this location for lunch once every couple weeks, and every time I see Alex, he is in an awful mood. He quickly shoves food and drinks out the drive-through window in a way that results in them being dropped. Just today, he confronted the customer ahead of me for having the gall to tell him he was being rude, telling the customer that "any time you dont get exactly what you want, its that Im being rude." Well... Youre not helping your case, Alex. I called to file a complaint about this exchange only to discover that Alex is the owner. He gave me a phone number to call. The number he gave is not in service. I apologize to anyone who comes in contact with this guy, especially his employees. I cant imagine having such an angry, dismissive person in charge of a restaurant where customer service is key. If I had one piece of advice, Alex needs to find a back office where he can steam all day and let his (more professional) employees steer the ship.

Incredibly slow service inside tonight, food piling up at the pass, one other customer had waited 40 minutes and thirty seconds when i got my food, i was watching the screen. Had to ask for my food after watching it sit at the pass for five minutes, encouraged other customers to do same. Poor kid who was trying to help us all alone, not trained, nobody helped, hope you find a better job kid! The food? Meh, mac n cheatos, wasnt expecting much, and boy did i get it, edible if a little bland.

Food is as to be expected, the manager is the problem, Alex. No matter when I go he always comes off as rushed and rude. Never says thank you or offers the receipt. Gets the order wrong giving out fries instead of onion rings, then took the fries back and gives me a medium onion ring 2/3 full and one third of it was fries. The other employees always give empathetic smiles, would never want to work for this manager Alex, let alone being a customer.

Classic burger King location. Everything is pretty much the way it should be. The food is serviceable, the parking is fine, its decently clean, and is in a somewhat convenient location. Its like a location out of an employee handbook. Yes its still burger King, but the locations can vary and this one at least doesnt disappoint.

They are never opened at 6am like it says on their hours of.operation. I will pull up at 6am and wait in the drive through waiting and waiting and waiting till I am going to be late, then I go to Carls Jr next door. I didnt know it was a squishy hours of operation, usually business open and end on time. Not this one.

Heres a test. Walk in and ask the price of a small Coke. Thats all youll need to know to avoid this Burger King. The whole chain has the poor business practice of jacking up prices but this one is the worst. Menu says a combo costs $3.99? Expect to pay at least 70 cents more.

Update 5/6/15: The wifi inserts ads while your browsing. Do not come here. Its Burger King. They have free WiFi and 1 plug in the dining room. They also have the multiflavor drink machine. Most of their business is drive-thru so their dining room tends to be quiet.

Burger is everything I care about. As I began to put the wopper into my mouth, I started to cry out of pure jpy. The acoustics at this establishment are amazing. I come here for lunch dinner supper midnight snack and dessert and breakfast

the staff are friendly and always get my order correct. the Asian manager there is the worst employee, he needs to stop working the drive thru, cant understand what he is saying and he gets orders wrong.
