Baja Fresh catered our wedding and it was such a positive experience! When I contacted them I got to speak directly to the catering manager, Israel. He was very professional and accommodating. He talked me through the different options and special platters they can do if we would like. He also told us what the best value options are which was so helpful! We went in to taste the food and Israel sat down with us and described the different options while we tried samples of all the things we would have on the menu! The food is all grass fed and fresh from the area, and they prepare all the food themselves the morning of the wedding! Plus they delivered and set up with all the supplies we needed for only $25! The wedding day went very smoothly, and everyone at the wedding LOVED the food. We just kept getting compliment after compliment on it. In summary, Having Baja Fresh cater our wedding was the easiest and best wedding planning experience they had. You get high quality food at a great value. The employees go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you are looking for. I would recommend them to anyone for a wedding or large event!

I ate at Baha Fresh in Lake Oswego on December 1st of 2009. I thought I was making the healthy choice for a quick dinner rather than eating at another fast food restaurant. I am 27 years old and consider myself very healthy. I visit the gym 5 times per week and eat a balanced diet. I ate Baja Fresh at 9pm ordering a Baja Burrito with chicken and a Pronto Guacamole and awoke in bed early the next morning with violent food poisoning. After nearly 24 hours of vomiting and diarrhea with no fever, the majority of the sickness subsided. 3 days later and I have still not totally recovered. I have a friend that knows people that work there. After discussing the issue with them it would be very hard to determine the cause of the tainted food. I would imagine that it may be something simple like constantly combining the old pico de gallo with the new at the end of the shift. If something like this occurs for a few months you can have a very bad problem and a possible public health risk.

Outstanding! Although this store is part of a national chain, it is run with great care by a dedicated staff. Headed by the general manager Israel, this is an exemplary operation. Israel is a man on a mission, and knows the ins and outs of the restaurant business like very few! Nothing is too much trouble. If you require something special, just ask! These folks know all about positive customer relations. Some staff standouts that come to mind are Alex, Michael and Bara. Alex is a shift boss, and she makes every effort to ensure a terrific experience for the customer. You will always be greeted with a smile and great courtesy. Both Michael and Bara are very specific in wanting you to have your food exactly the way you desire, so make sure you take their suggestions and add in your own request. The attitude here is "can-do" and there are no compromises. Your complete satisfaction is their goal. You will not be disappointed.

This Baja Fresh location is always clean and the staff is consistently friendly, even when angry customer gets all crazy about the cashier spelling his name wrong and the customer insists on making a scene. I can never remember what I like the best when I walk in the door (its the fajitas), the cashier is always willing to help me figure it out as I describe the type of food that comes with the meal. One of the best things about this Baja Fresh location is that they listen to their customers. The last time I ate here, the frilled veggies that came with my order all tasted like black pepper...seriously. My husband mentioned this to the cashier, who immediately went back to try them herself. She then got the manager, who also agreed that the veggies tasted disgusting. The grill was promptly cleared of all its seasoned vegetables and the cook had to start over. This level of service for a fast food place is impressive.

Was in town visiting and this place was near where I was staying. Im from Michigan and it seems the Baja Fresh stores have disappeared and I dont know why. They always have been a favored choice for Mexican fare. Over in this part of the country they seem to be thriving so it was great to find this one in Lake Oswego. On the menu board was a three taco plate which I ordered. I chose three fish styles and they were all just delicious. The sauces on each were outstanding and served with rice and beans. For about $10 it was definitely two meals for me. The other time I ordered the entree salad with grilled shrimp. The dressing was ranch cilantro and I loved it. Service was polite and the crew was in good spirits. When the weather is nice they have a great area outdoor seating too. Glad I found it and on my next trip Ill be returning!

Sometimes the only thing that we can distinguish between different Baja Fresh locations are staff, cleanliness and the physical location. Here the staff and cleanliness is what youd expect from Baja Fresh, clean and friendly. Yet, the location of the building to a very busy restaurant beside it creates a mess when it comes to parking (especially on the weekends). You have to literally wait for a spot to open and the space to maneuver around the lot is very scarce. Honestly, it was more annoying than it was worth for the food. Its not Baja Freshs fault necessarily, but be aware of the difficult parking.

I had never dined at a Baja Fresh before. Based on the fact that its a chain place, I expected fast food Mexican at fast food prices. Instead, it was something between fast-food and restaurant-quality served at restaurant-quality prices. Nothing was horrible, but it still fell a bit flat. The salsa bar is a nice touch, however. Even still, the hot flavors only tasted of "hot" while the medium and mild flavors had actual texture and flavors within them. All in all, not bad in a pinch, but it may be a rare visit for me.

I eat here all the time. Sure its take out. I dont dine in, decor is sterile, and most tables have tall stools, which I cant stand. The service is always excellent. The food is very consistent in quality. It is the best mexican in town, no, but it is really good, and consistent. And yes, as the name says, fresh. I recently had a chicken burrito (I almost always get steak) and forgot how good their chicken is. The salsa bar is a plus, i recommend a mix of salsa verde and one of the hot salsas.

This Baja fresh location is a great place to come for non fast food Mexican food. Its still casual dining, but always reliable and in my opinion the Baja bowls are the prefect quick lunch or dinner and I get the half shrimp half steak and its a thing of beauty. The wait can be a bit long sometimes and the staff can have trouble articulating in English which leads to needless double checking of orders. Location had great parking and is very clean when Im in there. Recommend for sure.

I came in this thursday and the staff was so friendly, and the place was squeaky clean and the food there was delicious, but what really made me feel welcome was the cashiers, my cashier was this teenager with a big smile and a enthusiastic attitude, he even put a smiley face next to my name in my receat, well done baja! Im 100% sure ill come back next time!
