Today, again, my order was incorrect. I come here for convenience only when on a short lunch break, but by the time you get your order corrected, its no longer "fast food." My main question to the owners of this location: This is the Willamette Valley. WHY can you not put an awning above where customers order & the pick up window? On rainy days like today, you & the inside of your car door, have no option but get soaking wet while ordering & paying for your food. First trip here in quite a while, will be my last for quite a while. Just really not worth it.

Poor listeners. Went through last week and at the window was asked if I wanted any sauce. I said yes, fire sauce. Got home and find hot sauce, not fire sauce in the bag. No big deal right? I went back again today and was asked what sauce I wanted again. I said fire sauce, he clearly heard me and said OK. I get home and find out is no fire sauce or any sauce at all in the bag.

It really makes no sense that a simple bean burrito is $1.89 when the more complex cheesy bean & rice burrito is only a dollar..... and seriously as long as were in the business of selling gross processed bean paste and calling it Mexican food, could we please have a value menu where we keep the items UNDER a dollar?

They screw up my order 9 out of 10 times and the time they get it right its always old beef and gross. Ive even gotten a moldy tortilla once, the manager didnt even apologize. I asked for a full refund and the manager only replaced the one item. Very unsatisfied!

Chips were cold, stale and inedible. The drive through attendant was unfriendly and unresponsive to kindness. There was no place to throw away trash and the attendant said to take it to MacDonalds next door without apologizing.

Well every time we come to this canby Taco Bell we wait a long amount of time that we shouldnt have to at any fast food resteraunt, so we wait about 20 minutes every time and its absolutely ridiculous.

Horribly inconsistent food, burritos more often than not are barely half filled, usually bite into plain tortilla. Definitely avoid if you want your moneys worth of cheap fast food.

Not much to say about the place. Its kept clean. The food is hot and "fresh" during peak times. But if you eat around 1:30PM expect left over lunches kept under the warming oven.
