The Red Robin chain in general has gone downhill fast in the last couple of years. The effort to modernize and make it more of an industrial-chic presentation of food and restaurant has gotten the restaurant away from what it was good at - hamburgers and fries. Todays experience was probably the last straw. We went in and were sat down pretty quickly. You ever sit at a table and feel like the waitresses dont know whos responsible for the table? That was tonight. It took 10 minutes to get just drinks. Okay they were what I would define as mildly busy, but in general the waitress seemed to just be going through the motions. Got our waters pretty quickly. Another 15 minutes had gone buy and the waitress had still not come to take our food order. She finally walks over and we place our order. About 5 minutes later the table next to us places their order. 20 minutes later the food came out for the table next to us. Then about 5 minutes later our food came out. The person who must have been a manager who dropped off our food asked if we needed something. I asked for BBQ sauce. After about 5 minutes with the way things had gone I figured it was not coming so just ate. Sure enough by the time I finished no BBQ sauce. Wifes salad was warm, my burger was only warm, and fries were on the cold side. We got one final "do you want any more fries" and I didnt want to wait any longer so I said no. Within 3 minutes we were brought our check. Heres the best part - we didnt even have to pay with the waitress. If you havent been there in a while the stands with the screens where you can order your appetizers, desserts, etc, well that was more of a waitress today than the actual waitress. She brought water, someone else brought food, and alas, a very poor experience. For not even being the best burger in town (see: Helvetia Tavern, Cruise-in country diner) you are losing out on the only thing you have going for you, and thats an experience and customer service. Will likely never return.

The waitress was very sweet. But we waited almost an hour for our main course. She sincerely apologized and asked if we needed anything. We asked to talk with the manager. After that we finally were served. Still no manager. Finally when we were almost done with our meal. A person shows up and asked if we needed anything else. Some how we had a hunch that this was the manager. We asked if she was the manager and she said yes. Someone at our table wanted a refill of a beverage. At the same time we told her we had to wait almost an hour for our meal. She the said she will be right back withe the beverage. When she came back she then said yes we waited for almost an hour and apologized and said if we wanted more fries or some dessert and what can she do to make us happy. And mentioned that we were rude to the the waitress which we had no problem with the waitress. We told her we were in no way rude with the waitress and actually she was quite nice person. She then left and send the waitress back again to aske us if we wanted more fries,lol. Never going there again!!!! Hopefully the waitress finds some other job. She deserves much better.

As far as Red Robins go this is a decent one. We have come to this location many many times due to it being close to our home. There always seems to be something wrong with our order each time we go though. Someone other than our waiter is usually the one to bring out the food and they have no idea what they are supposed to be giving us because we didnt actually order from them. I think the people who take our orders should be the ones to bring out our food. that way they can take a look at what they were given and see if it matches up with what we ask for. They always make it right though, so I have to give them credit for that.

So I caught a late lunch at 2:30pm on a thursday. Big mistake. First the place was dead, no biggie so I sat in the bar. While I was in there the bartender got bust with a to go order and I waited a while for my drink. But she redeamed herself. The thing that upset me the most was the sever trying to clean the pony wall right next to my table. When I asked her to do it later, she said "I didnt spray anything, just cleaning up dust". Thats the stuff I didnt want in my face or table. I found it so rude. The food was good, and rest of visit was fine. But come on, dusting next to tables with customers, not cool

If Red Robin makes the mistake on your order! Be prepared for them to not make it right. Grub Hub was extremely professional and went out of their way to remedy the situation. Absolute fail on Red Robins part. I offered to have them fix the order and pick it up myself, but instead they would rather force Grub Hub to remedy a solution for something that was not their fault. *Advice for Red Robin* Just because people use Grub Hub, doesnt mean we arent your customers still. There a reason that your order accuracy is sub 70% in the two weeks youve been offering your services through Grub Hub.

I enjoy RR, but every time I go to this location I can count on it sucking. I have been there over 4 times in the last two years and they have not failed to make my experiences terrible. Food quality is poor and staffing to guest ratio is unexceptibale. If you like bottom less fries well dont plan on getting them here. You will see your server when they take your order and when they bring your food. In one visit my server said I could not have an order of bottomless fries until my food came out of the kitchen. So 1/2 of my burger got cold as I waited for a refill on my fries.

This location is close to home and always a for sure spot to get some great food. The burgers are great and the staff is always pleasurable. My 1 yr old can be a handful sometimes and the staff is always great at making us feel better about his craziness. They play with him and make sure they offer anything that makes him more comfortable. Thats always appreciated to new parents who try not to go out to eat often. Red Robin might not be a local spot, but it never claims to be. You know what you get. Great food and atmosphere for reasonable prices.

The service at this location has been exceptional in the past. Today it was lackluster. The pretzel bites were served to us burnt, the menus were wet, the table was sticky. The server didnt introduce himself or come by to check on refills or to see if we needed anything. While many booths not near the kitchen were empty & available, we were seated in the very back corner next to the kitchen, which, if youre honest, nobody likes. Highly disappointed today.

Good food and friendly staff. However very slow service. I have primarily ordered online in order to have my food ready by the time I get there. The website gives you an approximate time to completion which is far from correct. I suspect that they dont actually start working on the food until you get there because I typically wait 2 to 3 times longer passed the estimated completion time. I order online so I DONT have to wait.
