I ordered at the drive-thru and had to wait 15 minutes only to pull out and realize they forgot my iced tea. I went inside to get it. That was another 5 minutes. I drove off only to realize that they also forgot to give me the two tacos I ordered. I drove back for the tacos. My sister opened up her spicy chicken sandwich and saw a hard burnt fried chicken patty. So, feeling frustrated waiting in line, I decided to take my business else where and had the cashier give me a refund. This was a complete waste of time and bad service experience being that we were all hungry and still had a long 6 hour journey ahead of us.

Went in tonight before heading to the movies thought it would be quick and easy. NO it took 20 mins to get our food. The store itsself was gross. chairs every where table tops messy and might i add sticky. the floor had food straws and napkins scattered. AND THEY WERE SLOW when we went in. more than enough time to wipe the tables and do a quick sweep. The food was nasty. We got the new jumbo meals, they forgot my fries the tacos tasted stale and didnt taste very good. We used to love going there and I doubt we will be going back.

Went for breakfast, asked for plain egg and cheese croissant. No croissants, no biscuits, nothing. Asked if they could make a plain egg and cheese burrito. They said yes, and then gave me two burritos with ham, undercooked and slimy bacon, and a pile of sausage, which of course I didnt find out until I bit into it miles down the road. Im sure they all thought it was really funny. BAD and dirty food. Dirty restaurant. They will spit in your food just for fun here. Despicable is the right word.

Change of management fired all the previous employees when the previous owner, Chris ran a well oiled business machine. Now under this new dictatorship, employees are oblivious towards customers & service. I came into the place when only 3 people were working the morning rush. I was waiting at the counter for 6 minutes not being served until I decided to walk out. This wouldve never happened under Chris management. Despicable place this has become.

Jack in the box us to be a great place to eat but upon recently it has gone down hill. new management has ruined the place. One of the mangers was very rude to me and my friends one time. her name i believe was Kristy. i got bacon potato wedges once and instead of putting extra cheese on it they put on the nasty breakfast burrito cheese. this place has gone down hill. they need nicer and more understanding mangers

Clean, crisp, nice fresh place to eat a meal! The food was good, with free tacos after small survey how would it not be? Staff are cool, though it did take them like 3 mins to find where the floats are in the computer, guess no one ever orders floats from there. Have to ask for a key to the bathroom, upside is no bum mess in them! Be wary though they might be outta Dr. pepper soda!

I had to pee so bad and he wouldnt let me use the bathroom even when I said Id buy something because I wanted to go there to get their mango smoothie. But he said it was five dollars even when I said I wanted a smoothie :( I had to use the mens bathroom at the eureka natural foods but its okay because I needed to eat something healthy anyway

Man this Jack in the Box has some bad reviews on here! I had a fine experience. The girl who took my order was prompt and polite. It didnt take long and my order was right. If you like Jack in the Box, dont be deterred by the reviews. Its not supposed to be a five star restaurant.

Rude employees and over priced dog food for drug addicts kinda sums it up best for Jack in The Crack Meth Head Palace. Drive a little farther to Wendys, Carls, or even Micky Ds, at least their food is eatable and youre probably a lot less likely to get mugged.

This place is ran by all high school kids who have zero experience. Everything that I order looked like they slammed it down on the counter just to watch the mayonnaise squish out....smh. just horrible quality. Never going back!

You have to order food first before they let you use the restroom. Rude n prejudice service. Thirty minutes to eat and get out signs posted. The two TVs they had were not in service. The sourdough sandwich was dry.
