Went through the drive through, was told to wait to order. Then I placed a big order, asked for each meal to be individually bagged as they were going to different places. When I got to window I paid, and was told to "park out front to wait for my individually bagged order". I parked and went inside, I heard the person who took my order complain about having to put meals in separate bags. Then I heard the shift leader tell her "dont do that"! I was standing right there while they were talking! They proceed to hand me my order and she states "next time we wont do that, well just give you the bags and you can do it yourself, were too busy for that!" I just replied "wow!" I was in shock. I place big orders often and cant believe they treat customers this way. To top it off, I was missing an order of onion rings and my chicken burger was a little burned.

Evelyn G was the lady that took my order, messed it up, 3 times and every time she "corrected" it, it was wrong again, over charged me, got the order wrong and was extremely rude, no cheese on my cheese burger, said "yaaaaa, either way ill just give you a piece of cheese and call it good," then came back and accused me of lying, saying that there was cheese on my burger, then gave me the wrong size shake. Was extremely rude, then closed the window in my face so I couldnt tell her my order was still wrong. Will not be returning, and I will make sure nobody I know returns to this location. Thanks!

After going here for 3 years and using my boyfriends card every. Single. Time. With no issue or questions asked(we live together have a child he works i dont) Today out of nowhere they told me they wouldnt accept any of my payments and the manager swore he doesnt remember ever taking a card from me when i remember his face specifically running the SAME card several times in the last few months alone! Absolutely rude and uncalled for and definitely not professional to flip ur policies like that on a very loyal customer who you have now lost!

Sometimes a business makes its decision if it wants to keep you as a customer. Been going to this location for 15 years now. Tonight they asked me to leave as I was sitting too long while chatting with friends and making use of their free Wi-Fi. I will no longer be their customer. I will go to another BK or one of their competitors. The remodel looks great but the bathroom has been broken since the remodel and one of the tables power has been inoperable for a while now.

Really impressed with the interior of this Burger King! I rarely go into restaurants, especially fast food, and get anything "for here." But today was different and I was treating my daughters out for dinner and wanted to enjoy the A/C of their establishment. Very happy with the service! The fountain drink station is fun too! Girls and I chose Strawberry Sprite yum!

Almost every time I come to this particular location they are out of something I try to order. This time they were out of ranch dressing, last time it was mac and cheetos and the time before that it was something different. This place is a joke, wont be coming back

Wow the shift lead there is very rude. Dont get at night time. She may have had a bad day but took it out one my family isnt very nice. :( Ive been there a dozen times and never had a bad experience. But, this was really bad..bad enough for me to make a post on it.

just remodeled, it is nice, still burger king ... now with hot dogs. A place where you can get a 10 pack of nuggets for $1.50 ... but the 20 pack will cost you $6... or you can buy two 10 packs for $3... why ...
