I visited this place with my family and wont return to this establishment again. The employees were on their phones up front at the counter. The price was insane for just a cheeseburger and fries loaded with grease. I was told I could not remove items from my burger that had pissed me off because I have FOOD ALLERGIES. Anyone who has a child or family member that has food allergies is to steer clear of this place, they dont list full ingredients( to mayo ect.) and wont let you remove any item even if your deathly allergic to it. The ambient red lighting in the sitting area is horrible, It will give you a headache just from the lighting. IMO spend your $$ at another business, anything is better than this greasy spoon trashy wanna be burger joint. Wont last long, with owners like that the business wont stay and who the heck charges for Ketchup??? Come on what a joke!! My opinion Try out Stuffed Burger down by the overpass they rock! Food was so much better.

First off, the entire reason I ever even wanted to go here was because of the terrible reviews I saw on yelp, I just had to try it for myself. To everyone that gave this place 1 star... get a grip. It was decent burger, not great, but good. I would say they are a little overpriced too but other than that not bad. If you need to have a burger thats specialized just for you, go somewhere else. *EDIT: Went back for a second try and liked the burger more than the first time (added a star to review). Also, if you judge the burger and fries on appearance only, then yes, they dont look like a good value, but take a couple bites and you will be pleasantly surprised by how good everything is.

Well it was what I had anticipated! A real tasty burger. Reasonable prices. Its a theme burger joint which means this is their "Signature Burger" so No! You dont get it your way per say. Several commented on how you cant change anything! OMG! You poor, self-righteous, entitlement mentality snobs, what has the world come to seeing it forgot to cater to your every whim. As a Personal Chef I found it to be a nice place, very clean and in keeping with their theme! Rock On Juicy Burger. Ill be back!

This place is ridiculous. Due to my upcoming stomach surgery, I am completely unable to eat ketchup or any tomato products. Not only was the employee on the phone very rude, but the owner himself wouldnt make a burger without ketchup. Is it really that difficult to not put ketchup? He claims its to "protect his brand." However, It makes no sense at all. I will never eat at this place and would advise others to stay clear. Such strict rules for a mediocre hamburger.

Love the place. Very friendly workers, started cooking burger patties while we were talking about what the heck "bubble tea" was, so we wouldnt have as long to wait for cooking time. Awesome, it is so the little things like customer service. Oh, and they patiently explained in small easy to understand words (my brain wasnt awake so easy to understand was appreciated) just what bubble tea was.

Straight burger joint. Simple menu. The burgers and fries are excellent, made fresh and the prices are reasonable. The staff are friendly and attentive. My kids loved it. Note: Some of the negative reviews are of the business that previous occupied this location (Juicy Burger). Burger Queen opened in April 2017.

Bad, wont go back again. "New Name......? New owners but same cheap looking burgers ! Not worth the money... Trayed to stop bye and try again due to a new name; last owner had bad looking food and it was to high of a price. Now its the same... Owners are Asian I think....

For those of you who havent been here since the owner change; it is remarkably different. The portions are a little small but the food is excellent, the employees apear to be (I know this is crazy) HAPPY, and extremely kind. Its also reasonably priced. Definitely worth a stop in.

6-21-16 burgers up! Hamburger cheeseburger fries I love this place because its all about the burger, hamburger meat is always fresh never frozen everybodys nice. 3.3.16. Went again with dad, had the double cheese burger with fries and an orange Fanta. Second visit... 5 stars.

Average burgers. Not bad but nothing that would make me come back. Burgers are a little small and could use some more seasoning and a little less time on the grill, but if you just want a quick meal without McDonalds garbage, its a good place.

Thought this was pretty solid. For three people to eat a solid meal for under $20 it is hard to beat. Would have cost as much or more to go to McDs and the wait wouldve been longer and the food isnt even comparable. Overall great value.

Good atmosphere. Great prices and good fresh burgers. I cant usually eat out but I did with them and didnt get sick. For less then $20 three people are a cheeseburger,fries and a drink. All good sizes too. Will be going back.

It is by far the best burger I have had in awhile I would choose burger queen over and chain burger and fries joint. Talk about fresh you can see the guy in the back grinding beef and the fries actually taste like a potato.

The best burgers and fries in town! I love the 50s diner look and the food cant be beat. I have sent my husband to Burger Queen several times to quench my pregnancy burger cravings. Definitely worth my drive across town!

Best burger place around. Its not the "big expensive" kind of burger though. They are small, thin patties, but very flavorful. I like them because its super cheap and tastes good. Always fast service, but no drive thru.

Burger queen is our FAVORITE spot for a quick lunch in Albany. Theyre locally owned, have unbeatable prices and grind all of their beef in house. Nobody makes a better $3-$4 burger than the queen!

Their burgers are made from fresh ground meat. There fries are made by them as well freshly cut each day. The prices are very reasonable as well.
