Very stingy no customer service. here since I was a little kid for close to 10 years and the other day I ordered two pizzas for pick up and I spoke to the owner and I told him that I wanted something with chicken and pesto and he mentioned one pizza turns out the pizza did have everything except the chicken so I called back and said no it doesnt have chicken I said well I was under the impression that I was going to have chicken because I had mentioned chicken and pesto and he says okay finally says Ill give you credit or Ill take care of you next time, something to that effect..... so I go in a few minutes ago today to see if he put anything on the notes on my phone number and there isnt anything so this is probably the last time that Im gonna go there and Im gonna tell everyone about how stingy the place is, penny wise but pound foolish..they make money but they cant even fix the front entry door what a shame....really makes us Arabs and Muslims real bad.

We really have tried everything in N. Virginia and Stone Hots pizza is best. Watching the pizza maker work is treat in itself, and you really see how great their dough is from the way he works it. The crust comes out very thin, very crisp on the bottom, tender, and good flavored. There is a very wide variety of toppings and they are not stingy with them. The staff are very pleasant and efficient. We have had no wait at all, but no doubt they do get pretty busy at peak hours. Prices are reasonable.

Was there last night to order a pizza. I was eating for almost 4 minutes before some one come over to take my order. I usually go there, its close to my residence and no one can beat their pizza. The same thing happened to other customer after me, the guy has to wait even longer, until one of the employees banged the wall to make the counter guy step forward and take the order.

Pizza is awsome ...best in DMV ever had,but people over there are really weird and pay no attention to customers.last time i went at 11 pm and they close at 12 so while we were eating there they started moping the floor with chemicals and it smelled really bad and they didnt care that we are still eating and in the place.ONLY THING IS BEST PIZZA EVER..!!!

I am a bit under the weather and didnt have enough energy or strength to go to the store to get dinner. So I ordered a pizza and a slice of NY cheesecake. Well, I didnt get a piece of cheesecake...I got a piece of chocolate cake. From reading other reviews, it seems its a pattern of this pizza place not getting delivery orders correct.

Just purchased two chawarma sandwiches , one chicken and one beef. I Was extremely disappointed. The sandwiches were tasteless. The meat had no chawarma ingredients whatsoever . It really tasted like boiled meat in a bread. I usually get pizza from this place and its pretty good.

Terrible customer service. Ordered for delivery, was quoted 40 min. No show after an hour, I called they said its out for delivery. 20 min later I called again they said I didnt place an order... no apologies they just hung up. I dont recommend.

In addition to being some of the most bomb diggity pizza ive had near alexandria, they also deliver in under 30 minutes. Ordering on the phone is quick and painless. never eaten in the restaurant before, but delivery is 5/5 or 3/3 (thanks google)

Pizza is ok and brick oven is pretty cool to watch. Unfortunately my pizza got flipped upside down in the box by one of the employees before it reached my hands. I think flippin pizza is better.

Place has great Pizza. We demolished a large BBQ pizza between two adults and a 1.5 year old. Interior could use some touch up paint and the parking is cramped and limited.

Food was okay. Valentinos or Flippin Pizza are far superior. Lived accross the street and went there once. Staff was unfriendly. Didnt seem to care if they had business.
