We were staying at a vrbo in Fremont for the weekend and after some busy days decided to get take out from Nuna Ramen b/c it was just down the street, the menu looked healthy and wed just stay in for our last night. Honestly, Im sorry to say that out of a huge order for 7 of various items, little was eaten. The chicken in the ramen was terribly dry, the ramen broth was seriously almost flavorless, the poke salad - just dont - also flavorless. What was good? The fried chicken wings, which were more than good...they were excellent. Maybe it was a bad night for them, but Im all in on the 1-2 star rating and we will not be going back. Sorry Nuna. :(

We were looking for a place to grab lunch while we were checking out Fremont. We found this ramen place by chance. We werent sure what to expect since they have chili fries, poutine and poke. I actually ordered the poke bowl (spicy) and it was surprisingly really good. It is HUGE and I couldnt finish it all. My boyfriend ordered the shoyu ramen with no vegetables just the pork and he really liked it. Had a lot of flavor. We also ordered the gyoza and they were fantastic. Would most definitely recommend this place and would go back for sure!

The food was sub-par at best! I have had much better, even on a bad day! It was a bit blah and undercooked. Not only that we are on a 1 hour lunch and we ordered quickly when we sat down. After 30 minutes we reminded them of our time table and he said "were working on it." After 45 minutes we asked for bills and to-go boxes so we could box everything up immediately. We were served our food at :55 minutes. We left with full plates because we never received our to go boxes. Very disappointed! dont go here if you have a time table!

Super friendly and attentive staff! Very nice. Ramen was good, very flavorful veggie ramen I would certainly get again. Yum! My boyfriend wasnt as impressed as he got the spicy noodle soup something and the noodles were different, thinner and not like ramen. The place is very clean and modern but plain. Prices are a little high just because you can get pho for half the price, but I realize more goes into ramen. We spent $40 with tip for two soups and two beers. Will probably go back for the veggie ramen on a chilly day.

I was really excited that a ramen place has opened up in Fremont. I was even more excited that takoyaki is on the menu. Unfortunately everything was mediocre. The takoyaki was flavorless and doughie. The ramen had lots of toppings but too many flavours; flavours that did not make a good tasting ramen when all added together. There was also a thick layer of oil on top of my garlic tonkatsu ramen. Gross.

The food wasnt bad but it wasnt great. I had the poke bowl and my brother had ramen. The poke bowl was packed tight and I had to eat all the toppings/salad before I could even get to the rice at the bottom. Customer service was excellent and my brother liked the ramen but said it wasnt anything special.

The Oxtail Chili Fries are out of this world good. Whod have thought that chop sticks are the optimal utensils to eat French fries?! The ramen was good, but I was too full to get very far after the fries. Also tried the pork bao- good flavor and texture.

This place is the cats pajamas, which ia the highest honor a resturant can recieve. The food here is very good, the staff is nice and patient, its never overcrowded. The hardest part of eating here is deciding between their Ramen or Poke.

The waitress was such a nice girl, we didnt care for the appetizer that we had, and without us asking she removed it off our bill. The ramen was bad... ASS. Never had I eaten ramen so delicious. 5 stars and five extra fingers.

I took my dad to this spot, and he doesnt eat Ramen, (he can barely use chop sticks). He loved it! We thought that the food was excellent and the service was terrific. And the sake was super. And the prices were great.

A month ago I was in tokyo eating ramen around Harajuku. The ramen here comes pretty close. If you can go to Tokyo do that instead, but if your ramen budget is less than $1200 this is the next best thing.
