Im not making comments about BK food in general ... just the presentation of the expected product at this location - food is sometimes fresh & hot and other times cold and hastily put together (my typical order is fries with a Whopper/Whopper Jr). It usually correlates to how long it takes to get through the drive-through. I dont usually eat inside ... the few times I have the tables arent that particularly clean. The service folks are very helpful and proactive. They have never messed up an order.

The majority of the time my order is wrong. The wait inside as well as the drive thru is very slow. One time I had a extra burger in my bag, I pointed it out to make sure I had the right order. I was told that they had made my burger wrong so they remade it and gave me both. When I got home both burgers were wrong. Now anytime I happen to go i always check my order before I pull away.

It sucked we got our food and we didnt get our onion rings they gave my mom a entirely different burger than what she ordered and it had cheese on which she is elergric to and can get super sick if she has cheese this Burger King sucks!!!! Then when we called to tell them what happened they dont even have a phone to call it just goes straight to a faxing machine.

Only giving 2 stars cause the food isnt bad. But LITERALLY every time i go there, they mess up my order. I order the same thing every time and every time I get something other than what I ordered. I am usually in a hurry so I dont check and my home is too far away to make the trip back worth it.

I had the chicken sandwich and twin burgers and fried. The sandwiches awsome. The fries was hot but stale like cooked from old grease. New grease would give crispy taste. The restaurant looked not very clean. Friendly services and kind.

Went there a few months ago and found an unidentifiable white substance on my food. That would explain the smirk on the face of the idiot that handed it to me. Will never go back and I highly recommend avoiding this location all together.

15 minutes in drive thru to get it wrong? And serve it cold? No receipt given. They literally came to the window, took our cash, graver us drinks and left us there. Skip this place at all costs. Im STILL trying to get a hold of them.

Havent had a bad experience at this restaurant, but honestly, theres better for the cost in this area alone. But when you need a burger, the safe bet is usually better than chancing another eatery and risking disappointment.

Hadnt been here in a couple years and decided to swing by. I was in line for quite a long time and the burger didnt seem quite as good as I remember. However it wasnt bad. Will probably try it again soon.

Usually pretty slow through out the week, moderate pricing. A lobby to sit down and eat. Relatively clean bathrooms and relatively clean lobby. Good place for a quick bite to eat.

This is the neighborhood BK. They are great about giving jobs and are super friendly...but the orders get messed up a lil bit kinda often. It does not stop us from going there.
