If I could give them no stars I would. Our first server was fine. But the kitchen staff made out burgers wrong. There was things that were hard in the guac. My egg was not runny they didnt put the right cheese on the burger my friend orderd. She asked for no ice in her drink twice she gave her ice. I asked for no tomato and got tomato on it. They cooked the egg 3 different times one because it wasnt runny and then the second time because there was red dye on it. After all of this we were fed up and talked to the manager he was rude and all he told us is he would do something to take some off after we had to talk to him again no sorry or anything after everything that had happened he litreraly only took 5 dollars off the meal of 33 dollars. There was more complaints we had but he got super close to us we felt uncomfortable to speak with him. The waitresses are rude and so is the manager beware.

Thank you for the great experience! Its been many years since the last time I visited a Red Robin and was drawn back with a free birthday burger from the royalty club. I was on my way too work, forgot my lunch and figured Id walk in and ask if I could take my free burger to go. Not only did I get my free burger but also got a great restaurant experience! Im the type that still feels guilty for free things so I ordered an appetizer to go with my burger. They were out of the item I ordered (which they realized and informed me of right away not 20min later) but they gave me a free appetizer card for my next visit. The bartender was awesome, made actual conversion while not ignoring any other customer! Thank you Andrew for starting my 12hr work day on a great note!

We just went to eat with our granddaughter and family for her 10th birthday. She has always liked to go,there and gets to eat what ever she wants on her birthday. Tonight she didnt get her desert and singing. The food took at least 45 plus minutes to start getting the food and it wasnt even hot or correct when brought. There was also friends who joined us so a total 10 in the party.. My son spoke to the [ I guess the manger] dont know what was said or transpired, but none of us were happy.i had the feeling that we wouldnt be back. Dont know if other locations are better but we probably will never know.

This location is one of the better managed properties of the chain in this area. The wait staff tries to provide good service and follow corporate standards. The bar, restaurant and bathrooms are clean food is consistent and the use of new tech for table service is nice. Although in all my visits the wait staff has never tried to upsell me on using the table top service system to order food. Isnt that one of the reasons for the system? The four stars reflect the staff and consistency.

Disappointed, we usually have a good experience but this time it wasnt so great, the host was cold and didnt welcome or speak to us, we were not offered a highchair, the artichoke appetizer was small and untasty, and the chips were stale, my burger was a sloppy untasty mess , it was the blue cheese burger, and usually look forward too it, at 44.oo bill not worth it, the waiter was the most positive part of the experience. Probably wont go back.

Went here yesterday with my friend and her developmentally delayed twins. The twins were hungry and a bit tired from the zoo. Well they were a little overwhelming. The reason I am giving this location 5 starts is that management came over got the situation under control quickly and proactively. Without being rude or pushy. Its was amazing and turned a potentially disastrous meal into one that was quite good. So thanks Red Robin crew!

Food was okay but not as good due to service. Food came a bit long bit that's ok. They were busy but onion crisps were soggy which meant it sat for a bit. Asked for mayo and ketchup. Got one nut not the other. Had to ask for napkins, silverware, refills on drink. By the time the silverware came, the food had been here for ten minutes. The problem with these phones is it is too easy to report bad service, etc.

We love the fries! Unfortunately now were not allowed to get fries in advance of the main course unless we order them as a separate side. So you can pay for fries twice if you want... silly policy to accompany so many positive changes. It should be revisited. Otherwise a kid favorite that always puts a smile on their face.

Red Robin is Red Robin. Great burgers and bottomless fries. Their "new" sauces are pretty good but Ive always been a honey mustard and Red Robin Seasoning kind of guy. Their apps are good too. Half order onion rings for 2-3 and full order for 4+ people. Lately, Ive been getting the turkey burger or royal red as my go to.

Honestly, awful. Service was almost non existent. The burger was just not good. The BBQ sauce on it had no flavor. Didnt have napkins through our whole meal because the server never showed up after we got our burgers. Fries, meh, they were ok. Nothing great. We had a coupon and thats the only reason we went. Never again.

Chin is the best waiter ever! Forgot our leftovers on the table and he ran it out to the car for us. Great service very clean establishment. Been here before but Chin is the epitome of excellence at his profession. I will be back for more great food and service.

Just not good enough! Service is always horrible! Food is overpriced and lately when you ask for "lots of ranch please" you get one side for a family of four to share. Their gf buns are contaminated all over tbe place and tbe whole restaurant is just dirty!

I think I only come here with coworkers. This is a great location for big lunches as they always have tables. I just am not a fan of Red Robbins food. It was great for high school, but everyone has to grow up sometime. I wish Red Robbin would.

Great location. Pretty busy, but all in all not bad. The most weve waited is 15-20 minutes. Great, friendly and welcoming staff. Burgers are consistently good and the prices arent too high. Its a chain, but its what is expected. Solid location.

The staff was really on top of it for a busy Saturday night. The fish and chips are pretty good, as well as the Onion Tower. Always something on the menu thats yummy that each member of the family likes - Whisky River BBQ burger, etc.

I love Red Robin and this one because I use to work over here and they would always get the office to go orders just right. If they didnt they were always more than willing to cook us something new or get us something different.
