I hope you take time to read these Sam. We have been coming to the "Caz" for seven years now. Not once have we complained about anything except your competition. We have friends directly involved with one of your competitors in the west side of town but have always selected the Caz over them because of you and your staff. Today we stopped in for lunch and were surprised at the poor quality of the food we received, but more critical than that, the lack of your desire to make it right. Seven years of being happy and referring dozens of visitors to you was washed away due to you treating us like white trash looking for a free meal. We have never sent anything back, always tipped your staff well, and always told people to go to the Caz over other places in town and yet you crapped on us today and we will not be back. My omelet was like old rubber, my girlfriends clam chowder had no clams and tasted like flower, and more. You just said, "Im sorry to hear that" and walked away. When I told you we DID NOT EAT THE FOOD OTHER THAN TO TASTE IT and only wanted to pay for the drinks you replied, "Well, that puts me in a quandary, but I guess Ill do it this time." as if we pull this crap all the time, when in fact we have NEVER had a issue with the food or service we have received in the past seven years. You clearly did not care about us being served ineditable food and we will never be back. Your competition is tough, but we wanted to support an age long tradition in the community. You made that impossible today by treating us like we should just shut up and eat crap. You work hard for what you earn, but we do too and we deserve the same respect we give you and your staff. I feel bad for them, but you can now screw off Sam. You made a big error today and we will tell all the locals we know that you are only a notch, at best, above the "Fearful". And you know that is not saying much! So long Sam

07/28/16: 4.5 out of 5 - The stop for food was an unexpected stop. I was helping a friend with his car and the battery just completely died. Couldnt even jump start the darn thing. So AAA was over an hour out, so we decided to hunker down and order some food. We ordered the Seafood Plate and the Country Fried Steak Special. The food came, and so did AAA! The food was packed to go. The service there was hospitable and attentive. So, hours later I get home and I warmed up the food. What a surprise. The food was absolutely delectable and I enjoyed every bite. The Country Fried Steak was not chewy or tough, and that mash potato was exceptional! My wife enjoyed the Seafood Plate (too bad for my friend...he missed out). I would definitely go back to this place. And, I would highly suggest for anyone, if in the area, to try this place once and decide for yourself. Enjoy

Oh where to begin..... We were looking at the menu, we were curious if the parmesan chicken came with noodles. The waitress stated no. We asked if we could get noodles, and she stated that they dont have time to make them. When our salads arrived, she dumped the ranch dressing out onto the plate and said, "you were going to put it on the salad anyways, right." When she brought out our meals, she dumped the butter in my lap. Meanwhile she never tried to refill our drinks nor check to see if we needed anything else. The rice pilaf tasted like instant. The chicken parmesan was lacking, one filet of chicken with cheese melted on top set over a marinara sauce and no noodles.

This place was a favorite for the past couple of years. Our go-to on a busy evening was the fish and chips. The past couple of times it has been nothing but a disappointment. The tartar sauce has a different (and unpleasant) taste, and the fish portions seem smaller as well as processed versus the flaky chunks we were used to. That is a real shame. I doubt we will be back for a while unless we hear that something changes.

We were in Oregon city for the weekend and stopped in for dinner. My daughter is 2 and I promised her a milkshake with her dinner. The bar and restaurant teamed up to make her one even though its not a normal menu item. They went above and beyond for us. The milkshake was delicious and so were our Bacon Cheese Burgers.

I like coming here for lunch because its fairly inexpensive and there is a good selection. The chicken enchilada soup is the best! The only thing I dont like is I feel like some of the wait staff isnt as nice to younger people, and often drinks sit empty for most of the meal.

Walked in to the bar, had one beer, finished it, went to get another and the bartender was very rude in saying were done serving. I asked if I just missed her saying last call and again being rude said we dont call last call here. I will never step foot in that place again

I love this restaurant. Sams famous Monte Cristo. Sandwich is my favorite. The Friday clam chowder is the best too. Ive been up and down the Oregon Coast searching for a better clam chowder only to come home to Estacada and enjoy the Cazaderos clam chowder more.

Been going here all my life, noting but good memories and good food. Excellent view of the Clackamas River makes this place unique and awesome! Went here for family dinners, special occasions and prom 3 times. All good memories!

The food is good. Lots of choices on the menu. Bar on one side with pool tables. Restraunt on the other with a relaxed dining atmosphere. I love the house salad dressing. Good service, sometimes a little slow but worth the wait.

Service is good most of the time. Food is always good. Try the best chowder ever! Friday clam chowder. Sunday seafood chowder. It is the best!
